Apparently they have a strict first come first serve policy. I came in at opening and was told it might be a couple of hours, but not guaranteed. They actually took less time than that, I was happy with that. They had a comfortable lounge with a bathroom and coffee. They did good work, but their main draw was they offered financing for their work. It was worth the visit.

Great team who you can tell is passionate about their work. My engine had a tick and the dealership quoted me a ridiculous price for an engine replacement. I came here for a second opinion and they were able to get the tick fixed and my car has been running smoothly since. I highly recommend Platinum Plus. They will save you time and money, especially in comparison to a dealership, without the quality of work suffering. 5 stars all around.

Disrespectful and nasty male presence. Having staff in the parking lot cat calling anyone who walks by is distasteful for even the most hole in the wall establishments. It's 2023 get it together

I am completely satisfied with the work this shop has done on my car. They’ve put a new engine and transmission in my car and repaired the brakes. They were always upfront, honest and treated me with the upmost respect. And they treated my car just like it was their own. Always great service, knowledgeable staff. Fair prices. Have brought my car in multiple times, for multiple problems. Whoever drives the White Toyota SUV with the Platinum Plus Auto Repair logo on their back windshield may want to rethink how they choose to drive when representing their company. This individual cut me off causing me to almost spin out while it is snowing this morning while merging from Temple Avenue onto the 95 on ramp. They decided they were going to come from the far right lane to take the 95N onramp on the left. If they weren't so busy using their phone (not hands free) maybe they would pay attention to driving more.
