“We took our 2 yr. old golden retriever, Misty, in yesterday for a full grooming. Misty gets very anxious when at the vet or at a grooming service. This was Misty's 2nd grooming ever, and the first time at this PetSmart in Chester. Our dog looked fantastic when we picked her up. The groomer, Sarah, was very considerate of Misty's temperment and would let her have a number of breaks, or time outs, to get the job done. We are so pleased with the service, the caring nature of Sarah, and the results of Misty's grooming. We will definetly be bringing Misty here from now on.”

“If you are looking for a kitten, an adult, or a senior cat, this place is for you. When I got there, Amanda was the first person to greet me. She is so kind and helpful. This place is clean as well, and you can tell the cats are well taken care of due to all the toys and high places the cats can get to… And their chonkiness! I recommend this place.”
