I asked them specifically not to drive on my basketball court. Looked on the camera. Drove right over it. Just unfortunate that you have to use a company just because you have their tank.

We have had a history of them letting our tank run out of propane for the past 10 years. They said they would fill it every month regardless according to the supervisor. Here we are AGAIN with an empty tank and cold showers (with it below freezing outside) and no way to wash clothes. This service is unacceptable.

They charged us for maintenance they never did and we never asked for. I’m sure there’s more honest companies to deal with out there, Parker can keep their equipment and propane.
