I had my line x installed by OD in October or November 1999 on my then new 1999 Tacoma. Still have the truck and still have the same liner. What an excellent product and workmanship. The black hasn't faded despite the liner taking a beating over the years. Still looks terrific.

Great business and people! Jeff and G are fantastic to work with, their services are fairly priced, work was done on schedule and to perfection. There are Line-X dealers much closer to us but Old Dominion Line-X was worth the extra miles to have our truck bed roll top put on by them!

I had an appointment with the Hopewell location that I made 3 weeks prior. I took the day off and made arrangements to leave my truck and pick it up at end of day. They called me the day before and said that they ran out of material. I asked for a new appointment. They never called me back to reschedul. I waited about two weeks and called back. Againg they said they would call back and set up a new appointment. Never heard from them. I am not calling again and begging to give them my business. Poor coustermer service. Never go there. Will have to try another shop. Probably not line x either.

I pick this place over the one closer to me because of the good reviews so I called and talked to this lady. She made me an appointment first thing in the morning 2 weeks away. I explained her that I was driving 40 min away and I was going to drop my truck and come back later in the day.. I asked if I could drop it off a little earlier and she said yes my husband gets there at 7. So, today I Drove 40 min.. I had a friend driving his truck so he could take me to work and back. And as soon as a parked my truck in front of someone walks out and tell me they didn’t have material and they also tell they didn’t even have my appointment for the day.. very very unprofessional... what a waste of time and money

Just got my 2020 F250 done here. Don’t be skeptical these are good hometown and down to earth folks to deal with. They answered all my questions fully and even went out and looked at my truck before and after to make sure it was like I wanted. They did a superb job the best bed liner I have ever gotten. Really professional folks here people don’t hesitate to go here you won’t be disappointed!

Great people and even better work. Mike and Jeff have been doing outstanding work for a long time. They have done several jobs for me over the years and I've sent a few of my friends to them. We've all been very satisfied and never had a complaint.

Super job, friendly staff (and dogs), and wonderful customer service. Took truck there today, credit card machine could not be found, trusted me enough to send me home with an invoice and instructed to mail in a check. Quick turnaround. Truck looks super.
