Been going here for decades, they have gotten money ! 3.5% for using a credit card to pay a $ 694.75 bill. Told em they got $17.15 from me but lost a long time customer!!!!!

Tony sold me a 2015 NISSAN PATHFINDER. Right offf the lot it gave me issues and he refused to give me a refund not even 1 hour after the issues began the second I drove the car off the lot. He said the issue was the battery he allegedly got a new battery for the car… nope same issues then he made me pay to tow the car back to his shop after it broke down on oaklawn blvd wouldn’t reimburse all of a sudden without checking again he said it was the alternator at this point I’m calling the bank demanding a refund and a cancel the bank tells me they can’t do anything unless the seller backs out… I allow him to “replace and repair” the alternator and a couple months later a fire breaks out out of nowhere under the hood of my car Nissan dealership say it’s the alternator. Of course no one is willing to take ownership for this situation Tony says oh well sorry and hangs up the phone on me.

I have used Scotty and his team to fix my vehicles for years. This is a guy whose word you can take to the bank. He's honest, he won't cheat you and he won't do work that's not necessary. He will also tell you something is beyond his capability and send you to a reputable dealer who he trusts. Give him a try and you two will become a repeat customer.

DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FEOM HERE. This is a very shady place I’m a single mother that was scammed and robbed of $5,000 by salesman Tony! He’s so shady that he also sold me a FAKE WARRANTY that’s supposed to be to a third party warranty company but it’s not real. Now I have to go through the measures of contacting a lawyer the BBB the police and the Virginia Dealers board. Don’t get taken advantage of like it was. This is a nightmare!
