By far the best experience I've had in a Metro By Tmobile store! Very professional and knowledgeable representatives. Also would like to give my flowers to Mike he's was a great help with solving my problems. 10/10 customer service skill.

Metros agents are incompetent!!! For 2 months they have cut my service off after my due date was supposed to be changed. When you call the customer service from your Metro phone without service you CANNOT speak to an agent. So the automated recording says to either pay bill or get extension to speak to agent. So I got extension cuz they cut phone off on wrong due date. Now they are telling me I have to pay the bill cuz they only thing they can do is credit my account and not give me my 3 days of service they owe me. IF YOU DON'T HAVE METRO DON'T EVER GET METRO!! THEY STOLE FROM ME!! I will be contacting my lawyer!!!

John was a big help in trying to get my older phone set up. Sadly it did not go as desired ñ but that was due to the previous carrier not releasing my number properly. So now I have a new phone and number. He was still very helpful on getting it all set up.

The coverage is not good. It has even gotten worse in the last 2 weeks. We have called and called and to no avail. It has been this way driving around our area, being told all the time that the service is getting better.

The best Metro store around, that will get anything you need done, in a fast and friendly manner. I did not ask for the gentleman's name. However, I give him 50 gold stars. Thank you again for EXCELLENT customer service. Will return. Peace.

Well they don't go all out for there customers!!! You figured for being a new customer they would do there best to help them! But they like all companies all just for the money !! Wish I never switched phone services

2nd time i have problem with this store now I'm home and i see my received they charge me 20$ for a screen protector i don't ask or even was think to buy i always buy them in amazon or ebay they just charge me with out telling me anything , the first time they don't give me any change and when i call metro they told me i was supposed to have change of the phone i buy they love to steel you money be CAREFULL !!!

I came to pay my bill one day and the guy told me he wasn't going to ring me up until he had his break, he got in his car, left the store and didnt come back until 20-30 mins later. So unprofessional, u guys are just lucky you're the only store in Hopewell. Every time I enter this location they're either on the phone or catching attitudes. I would report you guys if I knew how to.

Cheap and a good service. I have had my phone three years. No problems and always help when needed
