He did a good job on my family's BMW and most shops don't wanna touch foreign cars! My wife and I had a hard time since moving here from NC, searching for a shop to service our foreign cars & my lifted truck and keeping them maintained!

I went to this mechanic in Aug of 2022. I told them I thought I needed a new serpentine belt because of the symptoms the car was having. They called me and said it was the belt and asked if I wanted it changed. I told them sure. I had to take it back 3 times because it kept squealing.. I sat in 100 degree weather for 45 minutes while they tried tightening it. It never stopped squealing, It had continued just not as loud and not consistently. Fast forward to December of 2023. I started my car and the belt made an extremely loud squeal and the battery and alternator light came on. I turned it off then back on. And the squeal stopped and the lights went off. I took it to another mechanic and they said Merrit NEVER CHANGED THE BELT. The belt is “OLD AS DIRT” …. Do not go there. T

I highly recommend going here! Whether it’s for a simple oil change or inspection, or repairs, you simply cannot find quality service like this often. Not only are their services quick, the mechanics working there are real and honest with you. They’re going to tell you exactly how it is, all without pressuring you into a decision. And don’t let me forget to mention how friendly everyone there is! As soon as you pull up, you’ll have someone come up to you asking what they can do for you. And even if they’re super busy servicing your car or someone else’s, they still make you as the individual feel important. Meaning, if you ask them a question, they’ll answer. If you make a bit of small talk with them, they’ll chat with you as they work. I find this very important because, at most auto shops, not only have I had to wait ages for something as simple as an oil change, but after the service is complete, it always feels like their rushing you to pay and get out as soon as possible. Not here, though! Of course, if you’re in a rush, they’ll get the job done quickly and correctly, but they’ll always treat you like a friend, and not just a customer. Honestly, I don’t think I’ll ever go to a different auto shop. Don’t take my word for it, though! Go experience everything I’ve just said for yourself. You will not regret it!Services: Oil change

My son took his truck to be serviced at this place. It was stolen off property. Insurance says they are not responsible for it. Don't take your car to this place you might not get it back.
