I made an appointment on the 10th of September 2024 for 1:45 in the afternoon. When my cat was seeing by the vetenarian I explain to her that he throwing up and had a loose stool. She took his temperature and explain to me that the best way was to admit him the next day for a blood test and a stool test . Since my cat is the easiest cat to cooperate. She said that has to put under sedation. I explain that if I was there with him that would help. I did the in past with my ather cats. She told absolutely not. During the night my cat went to the litter box and pooped. I put the poop in a plastic container for examination the next morning. When the result came back he was diagnosed with a case Coccidia . The nurse at the I could pick up the medicine. MY cat took it and he good the next day. I bought him that day for the blood test and the sedation around 8:30 in the morning because he was not allowed to eat ant drink which I can understand. By the way the sedation and the blood work cost me around $400.00 if I would have bought stool sample the day before it would cost me almost $ 750.00. When 5 o'clock came for me to pick up my cat and brought him home my cat was totally traumatized I could not even recognize him and his case of Coccidia got worse. I called the next morning to find out what happened to him while . One of the vet explained to me that he would not cooperat and they had to put him kennel and put a blanket so he was in the dark I don't know for how long. I told her that my cat is more sicker than when he can in and the problem is still not solve because his love stool is worseer then before. She advise me to give him pill that can be taken which I to pay also. I gave my cat the pill but the problem is still going. I found out the pill the the vet subscriber was only to prevent the vomiting but not the Coccidia. I had to actually order through Amazone to get something for Coccidia. So I pay all this money and nothing has been done.

Stay away from this veterinarian. Predatory pricing. Options for procedures not explained correctly by doctor. Relief for my pet was only offered as an option, AFTER I had committed to spending hundreds of dollars. This will be reported to the SCC.

I take my dog Bear there for daycare and boarding and feel that he's well taken care of.
I don't like the recent 35.5% increase in fees for both and haven't used daycare as often.

We just moved here a couple of months ago and this Vet Clinic has been amazing. We have 3 dogs, 1 of them is EXTREMELY difficult at the vet because of a bad experience when he was a puppy. They are extremely patient and understanding of that. So far everyone we've dealt with here has been amazing, polite and caring. This is definitely going to be our regular Vet Clinic.

Very rude front desk associate. I went in today to find out how much boarding would cost for my pet and if I could look at the premises. I didn't get past the rude only female(long hair) person at the front counter. For one , She stared at me like I shouldn't be in the bldg. She stated I can't help you or answer any questions without seeing your dogs immune sheet. One, you should be able to answer those questions without that information. Two, she stated we only take specific dogs, and I can't show you around the bldg (while staring at the ceiling with attitude and not me)without your dogs records. I have never been in an animal resort where I could not see the grounds without this information. Once I decide on the location, you, as the company, should be happy to give me a booklet telling me what I need to have or give me your website for that information. But wait. You don't have that for me to see. That is why I'm here. Other reviews mentioned this. but I was giving your company the benefit of the doubt. But, I see that person was correct in the reviews and by word of mouth... Will never come back here again.. Will definitely tell my coworkers not to bring their pets here..
