Wasn't happy with my results.. due to information being submitted incorrectly and taxes not received electronically because of it..wasn't offered a resolve nor an apology for the errors that cost me ,timely and monetarily and had to resubmit info to IRS informing me some things were incorrect and now I have to wait weeks longer for my refund now ..disappointed..and I was referred:(was just told to "wait for the paper check.")unacceptable

I was looking for a female tax person who specialized in small business. Doreen came highly recommended. 2nd year she's done my taxes and they were a total mess! Couldn't believe how quickly they were done and also reasonable price. Very pleased with her services. You will be too.

First off when I pulled up the lady outside was talking dirty on the phone smoking a cigarette. I entered the lobby she didn’t great me or say anything she carried on with her conversation I waited in the lobby for over 35 minutes for her to come back inside just for her to give me a dirty look and I walked out. Doreen was very unprofessional rude and just a nasty person. Please do not come here to have your taxes done I was highly recommended

This place is horrible the customer service is poor every time I get to run around I was highly recommended to this place trust me please do not go here they do not know how to do taxes they make you sit in the lobby for a long time and lose your paperwork I have called the IRS in reference to the poor service and the inconsistency with documenting the wrong information I was told they are being investigated we will see!
