I haven’t had a problem with them before but I do now. My medication was always ready on time but now it’s not. I put an order in for it 2 days ago and they are telling me it won’t be ready for another day. The first time this happened I had to wait 5 days for my meds to be finally ready. This is absolutely ridiculous!

Prescriptions are never ready. Always have excuses. Horrible customer service. Take one to two. Day to get your prescriptions. All the stores in tricities area are the same.

By far the slowest pharmacy that doesn't do s**** the pharmacist on site barely speaks English and instead of doing his job rather have 30+ minute conversations with people picking up meds instead of referring them back to primary care.

Had Rx filled for same day pick up for birth control (it doesn't get as simple and prepackaged as that). Picked it up 2 DAYS later and it STILL WASNT READY! Had to come back a second time to get it. Waited in pharmacy line as 3rd car for 30min each time.

Average CVS. They are pretty much the same everywhere.

On occasion, they act like a real pharmacy should (ie, actually filling prescriptions the same day) but more often than not prescriptions can take several days. I've even had to have my doctor call 2x to get the prescription on file. Unfortunately, they are the only pharmacy in the area that takes my insurance. I have actually gone to Walgreens a couple of times and done self pay I was so fed up with CVS.

Pharmacy did not have a prescription ready after being called in from the hospital. Clerk at the window failed to tell us they closed at two because of the holiday.

When this store opened, it ran like a well oiled machine. The people were friendly and customer focused. Now, employees in the pharmacy are disorganized, not properly trained and it shows in their inability to serve customers. Frequently, customers are backed up inside and out-while employees scramble. Countless times, I get a text message notifying me that an Rx is ready and when I get there it's not ready or workers struggle to find it. You had a pharmacist named Dan there for awhile and he ran a good operation but lately you have a high turn over.

Funny how doctors send prescriptions In to the pharmacy at 4pm, yet the pharmacy (CVS) cant seem to get them filled in a reasonably timely manner....... ever. This is the third time that this has happened. I even gave extra time to make sure they had plenty of time. Nope. Not ready and then they get crappy speaking to me when I ask how long it's gonna be. Because it's insulin!!!! He has to have it!!!! Wish my insurance didn't require cvs pharmacy for 90 day supplies. This is crazy.

Calling the line to verify if a prescription is ready has taken over 30 mins and still no one has picked up. It is not that busy a a CVS!
