We’re temporarily adjusting services available at our local branches to help maintain the health and safety of our clients and teammates. This includes providing teller services through drive-thru lanes only, in-person visits by appointment only, and select branch closures. Some branches without drive-thru lanes will remain open with enhanced sanitization measures.
I've had nothing but trouble with the downtown location. They're dreadfully slow at the drive thru window, and they're always short-handed when it comes to manning the 2 lanes. They suggest going inside, but there's the same lousy service there too. I'll be looking for better alternatives.

We went thru the drive thru to make a deposit. The teller was friendly and personable. She was able to help me with the transaction quickly & even gave me a few lollipops foe the road. I appreciate service with a smile. I will definitely be back.
