“Called in Thursday morning to schedule an inspection, was informed they were booked up for the day, but would call if something became available. Low and behold I got a call around 1:30 and they were able to fit me in. All around pleasant experience. Good honest people. Will be returning in the future. 5 stars!”

“They were awesome! 1st time visiting I needed my vehicle inspection, wind up needing a part to be replaced in order to pass the inspection. This was going into memorial day holiday so we had to wait a few days. But the day after the holiday, they got to me straight away just as they said they would. I feel it was a decent price for parts and labor. The customer service was very friendly. I forget the daughters name, but she was really nice and even took a moment to answer my off topic question. I think I'll be visiting again since I don't really have a trusted mechanic here in VA.”
“Knowledgable, friendly, and reasonable. Best to drop off for service as he is an independent licensed, excellent, experienced mechanic, and does take his time, but you won’t be disappointed. Does State Inspections.”

Butch was able to get me in right away, and immediately made contact with my insurance company to get the ball rolling with being able to order parts. Even with some additional unexpected parts needing to be ordered, the turnaround time was very quick (well before I would have even had my car looked at with the other places). Butch was very pleasant to work with and kept me posted along the way. I highly recommend Broadway Garage.”

“Very nice staff. Mechanic was able to complete water pump replacement in under 72 hours for a very reasonable price. They do offer a military discount as well. If I am ever stationed back down here and have future car troubles I will be coming back.”

They also offer a 6 month warranty. Just very pleased with the ease, speed and quality of service. The original part would’ve cost $4000 I spent a little under $300 so very happy!”
