Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experience. The delivery man was rude and very unprofessional. In the process, he broke our basketball standard and the company is not willing to cover the expense to replace it. I would pay more to hire someone else.

I just had the best experience from this company and I pray I could get them all the time. I had a 185 lb crate that the guy had to unload he brought it right to where I wanted it he and I together got it out of the vvan and he put it out of the weather for me. Thank you for the most wonderful service. Best over fedx. Thank you all. Fedx sucks.

I needed a large item transported from Hurt to Roanoke. They were professional and very helpful at a time when it's hard to find a rental truck that didn't break the bank. Very grateful to these folks.

I was supposed to get a delivery from BJs Wholesale club today, and had made sure my day was free for the delivery. At 9:30 this morning I got a call to schedule the delivery, and was only given the options of Tuesday through Friday, with a window of 8am - 12 pm each day. I explained the delivery was scheduled for today, and I had the tracking info that said it was coming today, but the girl told me even though they received the item for delivery on Friday, they didn’t know it was supposed to come today and their truck is full. I asked if 8-12 were the only available delivery times because my mornings are usually full but the evenings are open, and she told me that’s all they could do with a call 30 minutes prior to arriving. For a company that claims to be open 24 hours on their website, a four hour delivery window is pitiful. Now I have to wait until Thursday for a delivery that was supposed to come today and that I had planned for today, and the girl that called couldn’t have cared less.
