My review has absolutely nothing to do with the quality of the service or products. Last evening my family and I pulled up for gas en-route from Orlando to Buffalo. We had our 11 year old son and two dogs. When my husband got out of the van, somehow the sliding side door opened- we still cannot figure out how with child safety locks- but out Labrador jumped out. My husband tackled her to the ground- injuring himself- my son jumped out and grabbed her and somehow she got loose again- I was holding our beagle who was distressed at the chaos and thank the Lord our girl ran to me and I was able to grab her. A nice gentleman ran over from across the street to help- but as I looked up toward the store window, an older employee was laughing uncontrollably at the chaos. We were all distraught at the possibility of what could have happen- a dog hit by a car- loose and lost- who knows. Our dogs are everything to us- and to watch this woman laughing at our misery while my son was sobbing and we were all frantic-was absolutely disheartening. What a nasty person. Needless to say, we composed ourselves- repositioned the pups in the van and went next door for $68 in gas. To this woman- shame on you- piss poor example of humanity.
