Getting gas there is fine. More of a convenience not a choice. Very dirty and unclean. However, if you have an issue don't bother wasting your breath, staff are unhelpful. Have an issue with the car wash...don't bother asking the staff. What a shame. Highland Springs has gone to poo. Very sad and disappointing. We can do much better and we should!!!
****If you have an issue with the car wash or codes get the # from staff to call Steve G. (He's the one that takes care of the car washes. He's very kind and understanding.****

Paid 13.00 for a car wash ? no receipt paper for code? Store closed No employees available for reprint hours state 24hrs?? Seems simple give a new code or refund (and at least apologize)instead I was told NOTHING can be done and treated as if it is my fault. I took a picture of my pump with time stamp screenshot of charge.When your frontline can not do something for a customer it is not their fault and I was never frustrated with their response I asked for the incident to be escalated to someone who can. I was going to leave my info so that person can contact me BUT the clerk called some one who did not even hear my concern and said tell him No there is nothing she can do! over speakerphone from behind a plexiglass divider.13.00 is not going to make or break me I still went to the self wash on 9mile and for $2.00 I sprayed my car down. I don't like the idea of throwing away money or in this case being robbed/scammed out of my money!

Every time I come here in the morning the attendant is in the restroom. Almost every day, so I go somewhere else.

I love coming here, always the cheapest gas in the area, especially Thursday's . The atmosphere is good and it's right off the highway! Perfect stop for adventures into and out of Richmond!

Waited for 15 min exactly due too using the bathroom signs on both doors that was locked me personally I think that is extremely too long for someone to use restroom even a dukie shouldn’t take that long

The pumps may be open 24 hours but the store is not. When is the store open? Good question. That depends on whether or not they have someone working, or if they're on time. But the store is always closed sometime between 11-midnight.They haven't had cooked food in the 5 years I've lived nearby, but confusingly they still have all the signage up.The owners are always nice, and the employees are usually helpful.Three stars because of the inconsistent operational hours, and it's cramped even when it's empty.

Got screwed out of my car wash receipt because no one there and it 8am! Supposed to be open and it wasn't and because they don't replenish the tape at the pump I couldn't get it. Hire some people that will be there on time or get better management!

The gas pump would not print the receipt so could not get the code for the car wash and the person of foreign descent behind the counter was a j*** and would not give us our code for the car wash or a refund for the $8.00 paid for the premium wash. These people are crooks do not go there . The store is old and outdated as is all the food and products on the shelf.
