Note: Wiygul has several locations in NOVA. My review is for the Herndon location. A recent search of Checkbook show that customer service ratings for these garages ranged between 48-73% (Herndon was rated 68%) and their prices ranged 3 - 23% higher than average - Herndon had no data on cost.
Run from this place!! Don't be fooled by their inviting waiting room, 3-4 people facing (non-mechanic) friendly front desk agents, fancy pics / videos showing what "needs" to be repaired / replaced, or their "Specials" (gets you in the door so that they can take advantage - especially to us females! Yes, I'm using my partner's email account). Note: when asked "so what you are telling me is that these repair(s) need to be done now" - they will sometimes back off and "couch it" so that they "have an out" if one were to bring the car to a trusted garage or mechanic.
I believe that they recoup this high overhead by often recommending and sometimes pressuring one to do repairs which are often not necessary and at a huge mark-up compared to nearby consumer-friendly garages.
Time and time again a second opinions have confirmed my suspicions that the pressured repair(s) were not necessary.

They are a busy automotive shop for a reason! Very knowledgeable and were communicative throughout the whole process. The discounts they send out for their marketing a definitely worth it. Saved $25 on a full synthetic oil change. Schedule an appointment. Do not walk in and expect you can be serviced immediately. If you have an appointment, prepare to either drop off or wait a couple of hours.

Estimate was+70% more than other mechanics in the area, Told me I needed a new car battery when I did not. (Lied and said the battery was dead) Did not go through with services with them. Stay away
Edit: based on wiygul response, I was not aware of the price match policy. They did discount their diagnostic fee based on whatever their prices are. I was told very clearly the battery was on their charger for 2 hours and would not hold charge and had to be replaced, the next day without me doing anything the battery read having 95% charge. Still shady
