I had a great experience at this branch. Everyone from the teller, banker and branch manager were awesome and super friendly and helped me. Definitely recommend them!

Bankers lied about monthly fees saying that they would not charge fees if the balance was $500 or more. The account balance is higher than that, and they still charged fees. Refused a refund. Run away and try another bank.

Came by here for a wire transfer. Chuk was very excellent, quick, and very courteous. I will definitely be back to this branch for all my future services. I used to go to the one on Elden Street and it was nowhere near as good and always busy.

I came in here today to see a representative to help assist me in an I-9 verification. This process is a simple civil duty. It states in this Federal document that a bank teller, ups/fedex/ or even neighbor can do this verification. I figured go to the bank by my house.Verify my passport, that I'm an American citizen, and that I say I am who I am. This is not a notary.I was denied help by all who worked here. I was asked if I had an account with them which had no relevance. Then I was told by them that they don't verify and legal documents and refused to help me. For a bank that doesn't verify any legal documents like passport, driver's license or anything is a concern. Your job puts you in a position to verify legal documents daily to release funds and take money for the federal government. This is the same government that highlighted you as a person I should trust to verify my documents. You refused to help or even contact the number on the paper to verify the work asked of you. A simple kindness and civic duty to help me start me job and that was too much of an ask. This is why I won't bank with you, this is why I don't bank with you.

I called to speak with the manager, a personal banker who answered the phone, Sarina Ghani, said that the manager was with a customer and hung up on me. When I called back, they refused to leave a message with the manager, refused to have the manager call me back. Sarina gave me the option of being hung up on again, or being put on hold all day. Horrible way to treat a customer, they are abviously trying to hide their conduct from management.

BEWARE! Do not go here, even to withdraw money! Their ATM is broken, and does not dispense any money - however, it did mark the money as withdrawn from my account. Instead of simply giving me the money their ATM stole from me, the employees made me file a claim and said it would take 8 - 10 business days to return the money they stole.

I pulled in to make my monthly deposit only to have the teller at the drive-thru window make a series of assumptions about me and my banking business, inform me that I was unable to make a cash deposit into another account and handed me a small piece of paper explaining that. She was not able to help me and did not realize that I was authorized to make a payment and this business account. I simply went down the street to the one at Hunters Woods and conducted my business there with a very friendly and efficient fellow. No wonder they are almost 5 stars and this location has terrible writing. Not to mention the audacity of making assumptions and judgments about a customer. I will go out of my way to tell everyone about this situation and never return to that Branch unless my life depends on it.

Came in for the first time a few weeks ago. Needed to get a Cashier's check. First time I've needed one in a very long time. Staff was very helpful and handled it without any issues and very quickly. I had brought a check with me for what I thought would be a check that got certified by the bank, but instead they used that check to put an earmark hold on the money so that it would be pulled out when the check got deposited. After leaving the branch, I wasn't sure if something hadn't been completed correctly and about two hours later I called the branch to ask them a few questions. I needed some confirmation since I don't regularly get this type of check, and the staff member reassured me what had occurred and made sure I understood. Everything was done with a pleasant attitude from every team member I met with or spoke to on the telephone. I will likely be using this as one of my main branches when I move to the area. I felt like I was getting great service and I felt valued as a Wells Fargo customer. As a side note, I see all of the other reviews are very old. I would recommend those people, if they are still in the area, to give this location another shot. You won't regret the friendly and helpful people here at this location. Highly recommend! I will be back this week for a similar purpose as my last visit and I expect the visit to be easy and to be taken care of.
