When I went to the bank today, bank manager Ahmed and staff Corina were very helpful, friendly, and efficient in helping me complete my transactions at the bank. This was the case for last month as well when I needed to wire money to international destination.

On 08/29/2023 I went to this branch for deposit and credit card payment. I give right $ amount to make a deposit counting twice myself . The lady make me wait till 30 min in drive through and after that she told me I was giving 20 dollar less . I ask them I have given the right amount. I tried to talk with the manager . He was very rude . He said I can not talk with the resolution team as well. He was not for customer service . Two other customer went because they did not help them . I asked them to count the drawer and they count it found my money . Looks like their intentions are bad . Worst customer service.

First of all, this bank is not open on Saturday, which is totally inconvenient. AND, I can't open a teen checking online meaning I have to bring my teenager in the branch when he's not in school or playing sports, which are typical responsibilities for teenagers. I'm taking my money out and going somewhere that can accommodate me and my kids.

I feel bad for the tellers. They are short staffed and the manager is 0 help. He will thank everyone for waiting and walk around watching them struggle to go quickly. He takes more time explaining why he can’t help than doing anything to solve the problem. After a year of watching this I assume he doesn’t help because he doesn’t know how. It’s sad. I have never been out of there in less than 45min

This bank wins the worst wells fargo of northern virginia award. Always short staffed, limited on things they can do in drive through teller, and take forever to get things done. If you come here, block off 30mins to 1 hour to get what you need

-100 stars The worst service ever! Keep your peace of mind and go to another branch. I waited in the drive-thru for 10 min with no movement so I went inside. 45 min in line to deposit 2 company checks. It was the longest line I've ever seen in a bank but only 10-12 ppl. Two other bank employees looking around asking stupid questions and doing nothing. Then they tell me they couldn't deposit the check because it was over the limit (no cash back) and the manager had to approve it but he was on vacation. Brian W. who initially asked me what I was doing in the bank tells me that he's sorry, but they can't deposit the check and there is nothing he can do. That's when I really lost my patience and became Karen. So for the week with no manager my company that moves millions of dollars through WFB can't deposit checks!! l insisted Bryan W. get approval from some other manager since I just wasted an hour of my life. his response was that they were closing in 10 minutes...Hell no I insisted they deposit my check and spent another 15 minutes waiting for him to call God for approval and when I asked how much longer he said I dont know. 90 mins of waiting and that's when Karen had nothing over me because I lost my shit. F bombs to the idiot. I called Two other branches but with an hour until closing the managers were gone and I didn't want to waste my time. Well I easted my time and patience dealing with Bryan W. This is the second time I've had such a negative experience, so keep your peace of mind and just go to the Reston branch.

Worst bank ever, very slow , to go and drive thru you have to wait 1 hour , they are not busy,,,,,;,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,they should hired young people that are multi tasking.
