Disrespectful manager.
Sara Shekarabi didn't even know the services that Wells Fargo provides, was very impatient and condescending. I will definitely not come back to this branch ever again.

Very bad branch and scam
They should close this branch
Worst management and lying
You can't withstand your money
They wasted my time waiting at the drive thru teller telling me to go inside then again waiting in the line
Then every time I go there , they do not have any money to withdraw
And they have only 10 s or 20 s

Very slow even with no customers…. Drive thru teller don’t pay attention to customer have to wait along without any reason…this branch need more people and professionalism.

Update: The manager or assistant manager is very unwelcoming. She is condescending and doesn’t like casual banking which is why I initialized loved this branch. I would make it zero stars, but Johnson is very kind and welcoming so I will only downgrade it to 3 stars. She hovers over her employees and obviously makes them nervous. They were three people in line and instead of taking one of them she just watched the sole teller do their job.
I’d like to specifically shout out Johnson. He helped me get what I was looking for and I look forward to seeing him behind the counter again.

I stopped in at your bank yesterday to cash a check which was drawn on Wells Fargo Bank.
I presented the check to the cashier, who asked me (twice) if I had an account with the bank. I said "NO". I handed the check over and gave two IDs she requested. The process took 3 to 5 minutes. At the end she informed me that I had to pay a fee of $11.50 for the $125.00 check. The reason I got miffed, and took my check back was because of the excessive fee and wasted effort that could have bee avoided by telling me at the start (knowing I did not have an account) that there would be a fee. How do you train your staff?
Not a fan.

They change the bank open days on Saturday in the Reston location so many times. One day is hunters wood then fox hill and Elden st. When are you going to settle with constant location for a Saturday day? It is an inconvenience to drive to one place or other for a cashier check transaction that now we can not do it on the drive up teller. Terrible !

They don’t deserve one star! There, i had the worst bank service ever in my life. Two associates approached me while i was in line telling me to schedule service to next week because the bank will close in 30 minutes!!!! I told them they are basically refusing to serve me and were actually asking me to leave!! Horrible service! No wonder WF is going down with this level of zero service!

Can’t count money. Shorted me on change multiple times then you have to sit and wait for them to balance drawer to realize their mistakes. I could only imagine the amount of people that don’t notice and lose out on money.

I got there to get a document notarized and the lady told me to wait and slowly walked away for few minutes. Came back and asked me to fill up the paperwork then acted like not sure what it is then asked a lady at the next table and looked like neither of them had a clue, then another lady went to ask someone and then ANOTHER lady came out to grab her with my paper for more than 5 minutes.She came back told me that she is new and wanted me to come back next day with whoever expert. What’s going on in this bank. IF YOU NOT KNOW YOUR JOB WHY YOU ARE HERE!!!

This bank is the absolute most awful place to do business the people working there have no clue on what’s going on or at least act like they don’t. They can have a line of 10 people and one person working the counter but yet 5 other people are just walking or standing around in the back.
