I pulled in to make my monthly deposit only to have the teller at the drive-thru window make a series of assumptions about me and my banking business, inform me that I was unable to make a cash deposit into another account and handed me a small piece of paper explaining that. She was not able to help me and did not realize that I was authorized to make a payment and this business account. I simply went down the street to the one at Hunters Woods and conducted my business there with a very friendly and efficient fellow. No wonder they are almost 5 stars and this location has terrible writing. Not to mention the audacity of making assumptions and judgments about a customer. I will go out of my way to tell everyone about this situation and never return to that Branch unless my life depends on it.

Came in for the first time a few weeks ago. Needed to get a Cashier's check. First time I've needed one in a very long time. Staff was very helpful and handled it without any issues and very quickly. I had brought a check with me for what I thought would be a check that got certified by the bank, but instead they used that check to put an earmark hold on the money so that it would be pulled out when the check got deposited. After leaving the branch, I wasn't sure if something hadn't been completed correctly and about two hours later I called the branch to ask them a few questions. I needed some confirmation since I don't regularly get this type of check, and the staff member reassured me what had occurred and made sure I understood. Everything was done with a pleasant attitude from every team member I met with or spoke to on the telephone. I will likely be using this as one of my main branches when I move to the area. I felt like I was getting great service and I felt valued as a Wells Fargo customer. As a side note, I see all of the other reviews are very old. I would recommend those people, if they are still in the area, to give this location another shot. You won't regret the friendly and helpful people here at this location. Highly recommend! I will be back this week for a similar purpose as my last visit and I expect the visit to be easy and to be taken care of.

I was seriously displeased on 2 difference occasion with the same manager and employee at this Fox Mill branch. They were rude, did not want to explain anything and very unprofessional. I was treated like I was a bad person all because I did not have an account. I received a check for over 1k that was made out to Wells Fargo. The lady tells me that "please wait I have to check with my manager to cash this check because we have a limit on checks for non account holders". "Excuse me but I have cashed larger amounts at this branch". I have never heard of this. I've NEVER had this problem before. I asked her, so what's the amount limit. She states "it's very little". I was confused and asked again, "what's that amount?" She states "I can't disclose that information". I said if there is a limit to a Wells Fargo check than if I am denied I would like to know why and I have a right to know why. She skipped the subject and went to her manager. He was rude and very non chalant. The same 2 individuals on a different occasion denied to cash a check for $15 made to Wells Fargo because I was in the drive thru and the inside of the branch had closed. I have never been rude to them. I treat people with respect and dignity. These 2 individuals who are 'employee and manager, who is a tall black male with glasses. The lady was a female maybe Latino or of an Indian decent. If I had names I wouldn't describe them. I apologize My son who is a college student has an account with them and I will have him close his account based off how I was treated on 2 different occasions. I will NEVER advised or recommend ANYONE to open an account with that branch unless they have new management involved. I'm sure there other branches of Wells Fargo who are not rude or disrespectful to clients or customers.

The staff at this branch are extremely inefficient and always mess up my transactions. Every time I visit the branch, my transactions never get completed smoothly. It is extremely frustrating. I strongly advise against going there.

I am extremely delighted with the customer service I get from this location! Ellie has helped me in the past and is always a help. They are very personal and truly want the best for you- never pushy or tries to sell you anything you don't need, which is the reason why I will never leave Wells Fargo! I usually go through the drive thru and receive speedy and friendly service! Shima assisted me today and gave me options to help build my credit and gave me extraordinary service . I feel like a VIP every experience. Thank you!!!

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. These people are rude, nosy, pushy and disrespectful. To the point that they convinced me I need to close this account and take my money elsewhere.

I usually do not post a negative review unless I felt very unpleasant about the service. When I was waiting for the service, this accountant lady told me she will be right with me in a bit, then she goes and take a lunch break. When I commented about her unprofessional attitude to another accountant, he went back to mention that to her at their emoloyee break room, and they started an argument with the door open. I could hear she was complaining about ME. It was just terrible, insulting, and so unprofessional experience. Later she left a message on my phone apologizing, but I know it was not with honesty after hearing her argument with her fellow accountant. With this terrible expetience I changed my main bank from Wells Fargo to Bank of America. I am so pleased with BoA service now with their much professional and excellent service.
