I called Marco Zeballos on July 8, 2019 to change my insurance agent/ Insurance policy and after talking to him for 20 min on the phone he got a phone call and said he has to take that call and will call me back. He never called me back. I tried to call him back several times and sent him a text, he still didn't call me back. Very disappointed in him, and his lack of honesty and terrible customer service. He is not extremely dedicated to his work and does not strive to build long-lasting relationships with customers.
