Worst pharmacy. Took 6 weeks to get my prescription, if they would have told me I would have gone somewhere else. Nobody answers the phone and they go on lunch for hours

For the pharmacy, it takes way too long for everything. You’ll always wait at least 20 minutes to pick up your prescription. And at least 30 mins for a vaccine, even if you make an appointment. And it’s not a one time experience, I go to this Walgreens a lot (maybe I’m a glutton for punishment). Save your time, go elsewhere.

Hung up the phone after 10 minutes on hold, called again, and took 45 minutes to speak to someone. Was told the prescription was ready in 1 hr, I come in an hour and some minutes later. Wasn't ready, was told it'll be ready in 20-30 minutes. It's been an hour and it's not ready. Don't know how much longer I'll be here.Not even the only customer here complaining about how long they're taking.

Came for a flu shot and RSV shot. Waited for over an hour and 15 minutes before I was served. You can do better.

Friendly and fast! They transferred my prescription from a North Carolina Walgreens to this one without any hassle. I really appreciate that.

Came in for basic prescription eye drops not intending to use insurance. After being told I could not get the eye drops through insurance I was also told I couldn’t buy them out of pocket at all BECAUSE I HAVE INSURANCE?? Either the people here are completely incompetent or they have some horrible (illegal?) arrangement with anthem insurance. Either way I’ll never be returning.

Honestly this pharmacy is by far the worst pharmacy I've ever been a customer to... understaffed and horrible customer service. They will push the most patient person to their breaking point. Its borderline criminal in my opinion to be this wreckless and careless with medications. Hire more people. This pharmacy is NOT for you if you have prescriptions that require monthly authorization by phone or if you ever need to contact your pharmacy. Unless, of course, you enjoy a 30 minute wait and calling 4 times to make a simple requisition or ask about stock levels. If so, they will keep you busy for sure! :) ** Pro tip** If you must go here or call, only do so in their slower hours-- early in the morning, between 2-3, or after 7pm and its not as painful.

This Walgreens used to be amazing, but it has drastically gone down hill the past few years. Today was the straw that broke the camel's back. A prescription was called in for me on Tuesday. I planned to pick it up Thursday evening, but when I asked the pharmacist if it would be easier to pick it up on Friday, she requested a Friday pickup. I just went in (today is Sunday), and it was not ready. When I explained to the lady behind the counter that I was told it would be ready two days ago, she stated that I did not speak to her and did not believe that the conversation happened. I'm done.

We won't be doing business with this pharmacy anymore. The last couple of times we went there for our flu/COVID/etc. vaccines, we waited in line a very long time because they had one person working the window and everyone picking up prescriptions had insurance coverage issues. You would think they'd call someone to cover the other window to check people in. Nope. You'll wait. And wait. And wait. And wait. Be prepared to wait up to an hour in line even if you registered in advance on-line. We don't have hours to waste waiting in line, so we won't be going back to Walgreens.

Terrible Pharmacy. It's horribly run, where I scheduled a vaccination and checked in and waited 40 minutes to only have them tell me they don't have the vaccine available. What a waste of my time

You'll wait forever in line, they'll tell you it won't be ready for 45 minutes, you'll come back an hour and a half later and wait forever again, they'll tell you it will be another hour. On top of that they will give you attitude like you're inconveniencing them by existing. Don't use this pharmacy for any reason. You're probably better off just dealing with your medical conditions by pretending they don't exist.

This is about the pharmacy. I had gone in to drop off my prescription but the lady said it will not be ready until tomorrow..i guess she did not want to work since it is Friday. So I decided to go to another pharmacy but they said they could not fill my prescription because walgreens had already filled them out..that is because my doctor also sent over electronically so i went back to walgreen and asked to speak to the manager because i wanted to cancel my prescription but she said she doesnt have them but I informed her that i just got a call from walgreens saying my prescription are ready. All she did was look up my name and say that there is no prescription here for me and just walked way..so normally a customer will get mad if the supervisor acts like the customer mean nothing to them. After arguing with the supervisor she told me to "Get the **** out of here" very nice thing to say to a customer. I will never be going here again and i recommend you dont go here until you want to get disrespected
