I brought my steam cleaner in and the owner of the store took a look at it. It turns out that it was perfectly fine, I was just not using it correctly! He filled it up with cleaner, tested it on his own carpet to make sure it was working correctly and then gave it back to me free of charge! I know exactly where I will be going for anything vacuum related for life.

Great Place / Great GuyI walked in, the guy came out, listened to the vacuum, picked it up, took in the back room, came back out in 10 minutes, fixed a belt for 20.00 bucks.I was soo happy, I bought replacement bags for no reason.No hassle, no fuss, no muss.This guy should open up a chain of vacuum repair stores.He is the vacuum whisperer ! ! !

After having my vacuum in storage for three years, I stopped by the shop to get new filters. The owner kindly changed them for me, and then noticed that my belt was stretched out (it really was - I just hadn’t identified the reason why the vacuum wasn’t working great) and he was able to replace the belt for me right then and there. Great service, friendly shop, reasonable prices – highly recommend!

I brought my electrolux vacumm there to fix it, the guys name Roso, he did a great job on fixing it. highly recommend the place if you have broken vacuum.

Great place for anything vacuum related. Parts of our vacuum broke and came here to find replacements- staff was knowledgeable and helpful with our request. The area was very clean and neat. We received our replacement within a couple days and worked out well. I recommend this place!

After eight (8) years of continues use I thought my Dyson DC50 was about to die. I took it to Vacuum Unlimited where they changed out both filters and gave it a tune up. I had it back in less than a week. Their service is a great as the brands they work on.

Absolutely the best and most trustworthy vacuum repair shop. Amazingly quick repair of my 10+ year old Kenmore, and for less than I expected to pay. Taught me about features I didn't even know my vacuum had. Very kind. Will definitely be buying my next vacuum here (if it hits a point they can't repair mine, I know I can trust them that it's unrepairable).Appreciated their online form to let them know make/model/trouble, and schedule a good time to bring it in.

Brought my vacuum in for general maintenance & cleaning. The owner checked it & said my vacuum was in good condition & didn’t need it. No need for you to spend the money when it’s unnecessary. HONESTY!

My experience with Vacuums Unlimited in Herndon was great. Coming from Gaithersburg, MD (about 1 hour drive away), I brought in my 3-year-old Sebo for warranty service. Juan evaluated it and found and fixed the problem. He was able to fix it on-the-spot so that I didn't have to wait for an ordered part (as I had to drive so far for service). I highly recommend this business for their good, honest service and I will look to buy parts and products from them in the future.

The gentleman who fixed my vacuum today is the best! I am now a loyal customer! He used his expertise to quickly diagnose the problem and even fixed my vacuum while I waited. The price for the repair was very reasonable and customer care and service were top notch.
