Adding to the long line of folks being charged for months after canceling my membership. I'm an experienced boxer (and a trainer) that moved here from out of state. My partner got my membership as a surprise and all it took was one class to see this gym wasn't near the level I needed, so I canceled in person. They continued to charge me for months and ignored phone calls and emails. Got the bank involved to get it fixed. Bad customer service for their "members" and it's obvious why they are struggling to keep clientel.

The managers and community are extremely welcoming! As a woman, I was nervous at first to start UFC, but the professional boxer, Goga, provides amazing insight and makes sure that I feel comfortable first and foremost. Highly, highly recommend coming to this gym if you are on the fence of trying martial arts!

They will still charge you after cancelation... so I don't recommend this gym at all.

UFC Gym has refused to honor personal training sessions that were purchased at the Reston location prior to the management of the Reston location being fired. Rich Langley and Noah Testa, former UFC Gym employees, stole from me. Noah Testa and Rich Langley set up a parallel transaction system within the gym and, using identity theft, took credit card information from gym customers and used them to initiate unauthorized transactions. The UFC Gym has told me and at least one other customer who was defrauded this way that we are out of luck. Their employees committed criminal activity using company resources on company time, but UFC Gym clearly condones this activity. DO NOT GO TO UFC GYM RESTON LOCATION IF YOU DON'T WANT YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION STOLEN.

Like others, I am still being charged after canceling. I have received no response after requesting immediate cancellation and refund for the overcharges, both in writing and via voicemail. I even attached the cancellation agreement in the email.

The instructors here are all amazing! They take the time to help you and work with you. No matter what level you are at, there’s a class for everyone. If you want to burn a lot of calories and get in shape fast take some classes!

Ufc gym? Should be called KFC, trash gym, trash management and they will steal your credit info and bill you without you knowing it. Stay away from this place at all cost or just go train at KFC it's much better. I pray you guys fail forever! Xoxoxoxoxo

So disappointed in the owner of this gym. I've been doing this for 13 years. Started in California in fight gyms before there ever was a UFC Gym. In fact, one of my coaches in OC is the former WEC fighter who started up UFC Gyms for Dana. So I have a good sense of a good gym when I'm there.I started at the UFC Gym when it was in Herndon. Great trainers! Loved the location. Plenty of space. But one day I showed up and there was a new owner who fired everyone. Okay, I stuck it out, but the real shocker was moving to the tiny location in Reston (terrible angular and small gym - and way too packed for its size). Because I was training 1:1 with a Muay Thai coach, I moved to the new location (albeit unhappy about it). Later, I moved to Arlington and was training out of a Title Boxing gym for a couple of years - loved everything about that gym. But I recently moved back to Reston, and because this UFC Gym is across the highway from where I live, I thought I'd just go back there for convenience. Went in a few weeks ago, dropped $400+ to re-establish my former membership with monthly payments. Saw Noah there...really liked the guy, so felt at home. Andrew was great as well. BUT....The owner, who doesn't mind pulling surprises on his patrons, pulled another fast one again. This was my fifth session back, and I go in, and...the owner had fired the manager and the coaches left with him. Okay, I get it, finding good managers is not easy, but usually when you have a management problem, look up not down for the real problem. I was livid. This owner did not have a backup plan. Some sessions have been cancelled while they try to find trainers. And they sent someone from the owners other gym to fill in for a while.I only blame the owner for the condition of the gym, the current state of its management, and the fact he really doesn't care about the patrons who spend $$$/month to go there. So, I'll eat the $400+ I gave him a few weeks ago to help make his car payment, and will be finding another gym soon that is run like a UFC Gym should be run. I will also be sending UFC corporate a nice email. If you go there...good luck.

Just like everyone else. This place is a scam. Pay $400 to register. Pay first month and last month at register and then when you cancel they want one more months payment. for what? There are other gyms that are not a scam. I would advise going to one of them. Get your paper work when you sign up so you can file a credit card dispute.
