Super nice staff in the new Franklin Farm UPS store! I accidentally had my amazon returns default to Whole Foods instead of UPS as usual, and they patiently helped me adjust while I was in the store. Above and beyond service!

This is by far the nicest UPS Store I have ever been to. The staff are all very kind. They helped my husband carry in a heavy package. The store is super clean and they even have a bowl of mints for customers.

Best experience shipping anything! Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was overnighting something for a friend and the staff helped package it up and answered all my questions. Would definitely come here any time I needed to ship anything!

Glad to have a UPS store located in Franklin Farm. Location is very convenient and the store is always very clean. While staff may be a bit quiet at times, they are always very friendly and helpful.
