I stopped by yesterday to get a quote for my auto insurance, Meriem was very helpful explaining to me everything I needed and got me a very good quote compared to the one l used to have. I do highly recommend them!Also, l would like to thank Farid, the manager for help me.

I am extremely disappointed in this operation called a company. I called several times and never got a call back, all i wanted was to buy another policy. I had to go with LIBERTY MUTUAL, I will be making a switch very soon. GRADE-F

I called this company several times to talk to Farid, for understand the additional bill that this company send me. So, the ladies said he always busy, then I had no response from manager and nobody knows how to answer my simple questions. This is irresponsibility and unprofessional. Most of companies get return calls to the customers, but this company it’s different. I’m pretty disappointed!!!!!

Every time I tried to reach Farid the manager they told me is busy and he never call me back and I was in their office and I sited over than 25 mins without any employees asked me why i am there nor the reason of my visit nor the greeting provided from a customer services in other places. I called last Monday at earlier to reach them manager with hope to talk to him and he told me he will call me back but right now still waiting for his call. i don't think to refer this kind of person or services offering from the stuffs
