There is no voice advertising things at the pump! This has got to be one of the last gas stations in Northern Virginia where you are not forced to listen to an advertisement as you buy gas. As a consequence, I give this five stars and I am willing to drive here and even pay a bit more to not hear from "cheddar neeewws" and other such nonsense advertisers that are now spamming our every waking moment. Thank God for silence while I pump my gas.

Visit was for safety inspection of my Mercedes Benz. I was next in line and waited 25 minutes. The bold gentleman shut the garage doors, and I assumed they were going to lunch, so I drove off. Won't come back here, not even for gas.

The service manager has a terrible attitude. Don't waste your time. They are not interested in working especially if you are doing an inspection.

Was at the pump a good 20 mins before closing and the pump was on and working and by the time I got out they shut it down and closed.

Only cơme here for gas. The technicians that work here are some of the most bitter and casually racist people I've ran into. Am I in 1950's Alabama? Girlfriend brought her Mitsubishi in for safety and emissions, I came along. Immediately, he ignored her and talked to me. Uhh, I didn't pay for this car, she was driving and she gave you the keys. Then he had the audacity to ask, "so where are you people from? Hopefully been here a while so I don't catch that, wait for it, "kung flu." The obscene racism and sexism aside. He failed my girlfriend's Evo for a loud exhaust. Sir, this car came like this from the Mitsubishi factory. I once was getting gas there and this obscenely loud mustang came in and got a passing inspection. Biases much? Mr. Short white bald technician - it's 2022. This isn't the 60's where racism and sexism is the normal behavior. This really reflects poorly on you as the type of person you are and the lack of education you received. Also when you're working, actually look like you care about your job. I've gotten gas countless times and waited in the Starbucks drive thru enough times to see you slacking 50% of the time I see you. You perpetuate the stereotype that mechanics are shady, slimey, and overall untrustworthy. Good day.

How does a gas station in 2021 not be open 24/7? I thought that was some antiquated practice that stopped in 2010. The Giant in the shopping center is open later than the gas station! This gas station is a blight on an otherwise very nice shopping center and neighborhood.

This gas station apparently does not offer gas at night. So happy the closest gas station to the new home I bought doesn’t even stay open at night. What a freaking joke. God I hate Sunoco

I stopped by this gas station to throw away a few paper and plastic cups from my car, the Muslim guy who works here come out and reprimand told not to throw trash in the gas station trashcan!!! Worst experience ever at this gas station. It is a trash can for pitchin small trash. I guess he doesn't like cleaning it since works here so comes and yells and tells me no to use it!! What a j*****

I just stopped by the Franklin Farm Sunoco this evening to exchange a propane tank for my Gas Grill. I asked the gentleman behind the counter if I could exchange the tank, and he mumbled something that I could not understand. When I politely repeated the question, he raised his voice to almost a scream and said "In the morning. Come back in the morning". No explanation why...like maybe he could not leave the counter with people at the gas pumps, but that situation will occur in the morning as well.

The rudest people I've ever seen. They mock you judge you don't have any respect for other people in general. If you're having a great day they'll ruin it, if you're having a bad day, just don't go anywhere near this place. Thoroughly surprised some of the guys still work here and no one's done anything about it.

Net net, it was the worst customer service I ever experienced and the last time I will use that gas station for anything.
