I often come here to this Sunoco to get gas and soda and food items. One associate ( older Asian lady) gave me attitude multiple times when I ask to unlock the bathroom when I stop by the gas station. This morning in particular, she yelled at me nasty attitude why I don't go else where to use the bathroom. All the other associates are friendly and nice but this one. She treats like I a little kid and yells at me to go somewhere. I am 42 years gown women and repeat loyal customer. I feel discriminated and disrespected by her poor unwelcoming behaviors of locking the bathroom so I have the customer need to ask to unlock the bathroom, in return she rebuffs me why I don't go somewhere else. I come to this gas station a few times everyday, has it gotten to a point they are tired of seeing my face and doing business with me? Should there be better treatment to your customers when they are loyal customers and come just about everyday? Not the first time this has occured with particular with this employee. She is older than all the other female employees. I wish her boss would address this issue with her. I may look young due successful weightloss I had in recent years, but I got don't like to be discriminated of my rights to have good services services at gas gas station due to it.

Adapting to changing technology is crucial for businesses in today's digital age. Many people now use digital wallets, like Apple Pay, and carry digital versions of their IDs in apps like Apple Wallet.Businesses should keep up with these technological advancements to provide a seamless and convenient experience for their customers. By accepting Apple Pay and digital IDs, they not only enhance customer satisfaction but also stay competitive in a rapidly evolving market. It's essential for businesses to embrace innovation to meet the changing needs and expectations of their customers effectively. On top of the concerning refusal to accept digital payment methods, it's worth noting that this gas station charges 10 cents more per gallon than gas stations that are closer to the area. This pricing disparity adds further disappointment to the overall experience. In a highly competitive market, fair and competitive pricing should be a standard practice. Customers are likely to be deterred by such a significant price difference, especially when combined with subpar customer service. This gas station would greatly benefit from a reevaluation of both their pricing strategy and their approach to customer service to better serve their patrons.

View of Sunoco at night. It's just nearby to the road and very accessible. They have a store where you can buy some groceries and vital necessities. You can always rush there to buy your fuel.

I have been here many times, gas prices a bit high, so I always get gas here only when I'm very low or close to empty, and I get just enough to get me to another cheaper gas station. I never tried the Aplus store.

The prices here are way too high. Its honestly disgusting. It's around 20 cents more expensive than any other gas station nearby. I recommend driving the extra 5-10 minutes for another gas station. They also have a HUGE problem with solicitors and beggers. There is always a crowd standing outside of the gas station asking for money or people coming up to you at the pump. Some of the workers there are also creepy and sketchy. I wouldnt recommend going here! It doesn't feel safe!

Disappointed with their pricing policies and attempt to literally nickel and dime it’s customers. Bank cards are required to be treated as debit versus credit card. The cashiers purposely select debit to force your pin or go to their convenient ATM and pay the fee for a withdrawal. Then they take advantage of the $0.05 plastic bag fee. If you don’t have a bag, they still charge you for buying drinks less than 24 oz. So no matter what, they literally nickel and dime you. Talk about using the system against its customers!

The signs at the store states “you MUST wear a mask” yet the clerks at the store do not do anything when people do not wear a mask!

To report that employees do not wear masks, undermining public safety.

Awesome staff is always smiling and helpful. Store is large, very bright and always clean, well stocked with convenience foods, drinks, automotive basics, ice cream cooler, sundries. Beer and wine available, never looked closely, but they have many large drink coolers. Warm prepackaged foods, sandwiches, self serve hot coffee. VA lotto scratch off machine. ATM. The staff wear masks, have plastic barriers at checkouts, and promote social distancing. I buy gas here too, i prepay at the pump with a credit card, and the prices are reasonable for the area; never had issues with the pumps. Never used the air or vacuum, but it's there.Lots of well-lit parking. Sideroads leading to it are a bit twisty, they don't have an entry straight from Centerville Road. You take the right and double back to the store, or turn onto Coppermine and turn left just past the station. Sidewalks make it very walkable.

This gas station is a rip off for prices. 2.29 while you can get it for under 2.00 elsewhere- including in McLean and closer to DC! It's a convenient location but we're not talking a 5 cent difference in gas prices- we're talking $.20-$.30 cents. Staff dont wear masks or gloves- the plexiglass only protects them. If you're not rolling on empty- go elsewhere! Zq
