It’s not a European Gourmet and deli it’s a Russian convenient store for 500% over the regular price. A simple puffs that cost 0.50 cents back in Bulgaria are $4.99 here. Anyway, a piece of kashkaval $15.21, 1 pack of puffs $4.99, 2 chocolates $7.99 + $4.99, jar of lutenica $7.99, vegeta seasoning $16, and flower seeds $12 made a total of $69. Sure thing I won’t be coming back.

Thanks to an amazing personality and a customer service by the new employee Yana, my wife and I have spent more money at this store in the last 2 months than we did in the last 2 years. She’s always attentive and her recommendations have always been on point. Doesn’t feel like a stale Soviet store with her in it. Thank you!

This was my first and last visit to this store. Unfortunately, I bought 2 packs of spoiled cottage cheese. Also, the service was terrible. Never come to this place!

I have to say something about the store scales "russian traditional" problem!... I was overcharged around $75 as the scale was off by 5 oz. Which affected the price of salmon roe and salo. See photos.

Good selection of the goods but very upsetting situation today. Nice and chatty older lady at the cash desk added 2 bakery items that I didn’t buy to my bill(I realized that only at home), not much money but very unpleasant feeling..watch out when you pay in this store.

Great Eastern European shopping experience. Loving the cold cuts and selection of traditional breads. My favorites are the herring, honey and kefir. Unique selection of cheeses.

Very hard working respectful attentive accomadating in every way staff, always greet you and help you with everything you need don't expect Russians to give you fake smiles in response to rudeness like they do in western culture and it's interesting that most people complaining about that are Russians themselves. I've bought items from every section of the store for years and never had anything spoiled or outdated, always leave the store with a smile

If anyone else is from Eastern European region, you will probably want to check out this store.I had tears of joy when discovered some Hungarian goods here.These people have wonderful Smetana (like sour cream, but much nicer) as well as dried pastas, canned and tinned imports, specialty breads and those odd looking smoked / pickled fish delicacies (if that's your thing).Fresh cakes, anyone?
