“Love this office because it has several self serve postal machines. Staff is lovely and helpful. Also love the parcel lock box system so that you can pick up after hours.”
“Thao was very courteous and kind. She was the exact opposite of mean people at Potomac Falls. Will always go to this location in the future for any passport or other shipping needs.”
“Everyone there is always so nice. I go there specifically for that reason I try to walk in with a positive attitude, knowing it will take time because people have lots of questions when you go to the counter.”
“My experience here has been infrequent, but all positive. Front line customer service folks have been polite every time, and very patient. They recently found my phone left behind just before closing time, and the next day I found it had been set aside with a note explaining where it was found etc. ... we were happily reunited. Thank you, USPS!”
“This is probably one of my favorite post offices. The facilities are very well-maintained the machines are all operational and the staff is very friendly and personable I've never had an issue with getting anything sent and they were very accommodating when I needed to have my mail redirected when I was new to the area so I highly recommend them. PLEASE be patient and respectful to the staff, I've experienced some pretty rude customers unnecessarily raising their voices to the staff.
The parking situation isn't too great, spaces are quite limited and the parking lot runs the length of the building so people tend to congregate near the entrance the only issue issue with the parking as a result of lazy or impatient people.
Lastly, they have great hours of operation!”
“Even when it's super busy, I've been greeted by staff in a friendly and helpful way. And when I've used the kiosks for mailing packages, I usually don't have to wait, or not wait long, before using.”
“I have lived in Sterling more than 30 years and I’ve always experienced very kind service and knowledgeable assistance. I’m so sad to see their rating so low I hope that other people who have had good experiences share theirs as well. We all know saying that, “the squeaky wheel gets the oil”. I’m here to squeak a positive note for the interactions I’ve had at this post office. They are great!”

45005 Aviation Dr Ste 120, Sterling“The clerk at the window was very helpful. The place was quite empty so I was quickly served. Google maps led me to the Marriott across the street. Until they fix that, Look at the address and the attached picture, and you'll find it. There are mailboxes out front and parking for USPS.”

4410 Brookfield Corporate Dr, Chantilly“I am new to this area, so far I have been to this location twice. One of the customer service agents by the name of Angel helped me on both occasions. Very knowledgeable, quick, and seems to run the front end smoothly. She was super nice, Thanks Angel!”
“We’ve all had terrible post office experiences however, today I had GREAT interaction and felt compelled to leave a positive review. Anwar helped me with an envelope that was returned to sender, and another package that was a gift for a friend. Anwar took the time to insure both packages arrived on time (peak holiday season) and at the most affordable rate. You put all these negative reviews to shame, Anwar. THANK YOU!!!”
“The place was so clean and I didn’t know I needed an appointment, but thank you so much Valentina for helping me to get my passport without having any appointment. She is super kind and so sweet.”
“Had a great experience with the woman who processed the application for my daughter's first passport. She couldn't have been nicer, was efficient in the process, and patient as she took my daughter's photo.”

10660 Page Ave, Fairfax“The USPS in DC is forwarding my mail to the wrong address because they reversed te addresses and they are not doing anything to help. They dont even answer the phone. However, the woman at this location is an angel and helped me as much as she could.”

43150 Broadlands Center Plaza Ste 124, Broadlands“The facility is small so expect longer waiting times. But staff is friendly and helpful. People who is in rush should go to the other major location in sterling as waiting might be a quite long due to how big is the line”
“After reading these reviews I half expected the employees to start hurling rocks at me upon entering the building. Luckily for me my visit was perfectly fine and normal. I went in for a passport appointment and the employees who helped me were polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. No, the red carpet was not laid out before me, but everything that needed to be done got done in a timely manner and there were no rocks thrown. Remember that these USPS employees are civil servants working for a program that is bursting at the seams and experiencing unprecedented levels of understaffing. They serve hundreds of people a day, and due to the human condition, may not be feeling 100% at any given moment to say the least. Anyone who has ever worked retail can relate. A healthy dose of patience, politeness, and compassion will get you far, but some of you may need to hold a baby, or gaze upon the majesty of the stars, or contemplate our minuscule lives within the vastness of the universe before you interact with another postal worker. It’s a hard time out there - be kind to people and life will get easier, I promise.”
“I had an issue not being able to open a Parcel mailbox when the delivery driver put a live animal delivery in there so I went to this post office to get the problem resolved. The staff were very kind, understanding, and had a sense of urgency. I was able to get my package out safely that day even though it was right when they were closing. Cannot thank them enough for their help!”
