Ok I’m convinced it’s just PNC in this state in general but they have buildings like this with “NO TELLERS”. It’s just a building with 12 offices that only helps with businesses but no one is in there, make it make sense it’s whole heartedly pathetic

Called them to make an appointment with the notary. They told me they will call me back to let me know the availability, but they never called back. Not very pleasant experience with the branch

As I drove up to the bank, I saw an employee outside smoking and on his phone. Walked in and there was no one in the bank. No one was manning the small kiosk desk at the entrance. Stood there for 10 minutes and I finally walked to the back offices and knocked on a door. A woman (her name was either Febe or Hibi) walked out and I said I needed help making a withdrawal and that there wasn’t anyone outside. She seemed perturbed at my latter comment and pointed to a lady sitting in an office and that she would help me. I mentioned that someone should be manning the front desk to greet customers. I should not have to stand there and wait and walk around to look for help. If someone is on a smoke break, find another employee to relieve that person. She didn’t like what I had to say and proceeded to argue with me and when I asked for her name, she raised her voice and said her name. The manager then stepped in and apologized profusely. I told her that this was not how a customer should be treated. I was then told they don’t service large withdrawals at that branch and that I had to visit a branch 2 minutes down the road. Went to that branch and a nice lady was sitting at the front desk, greeted customers with a smile and was very courteous.I am closing my account at PNC. This is the third time this branch has had lousy customer service. The first was when I walked in there to get information about IRAs. The rep. told me that he wasn’t that knowledgeable and to call the customer service line. The second time was when I went in there to inquire about wiring money and I was told by the only employee there that she was busy and I had to wait. The thing is, I was the only customer there. I waited too long and finally left. Third time’s a charm. This branch is awful. It’s bleak, empty, with horrible customer service. It really doesn’t serve any purpose when you have a full service branch on Elden Street that can take care of all your needs while providing exceptional customer service.

They do not greet you at the door. Instead they ignore you when you need help and bother you when you're on the phone. Saw three employees today hiding in their office and no one to help out at tellers window. Walked out of the bank. Called PNC customer service and operator said, next time you should use the atm outside. Will be closing my account at PNC.

Worst Bank customer service ... It's like going to DMV ... Agents take hours to get to the next person in line ... Unbelievable!! Shut down the branch if you can't cater to the customers !!!

Im not usually one to complain on the internet about businesses, but this PNC branch has become increasingly frustrating to deal with. If the company I work for didn't use PNC and this location wasn't within 3 miles from my job, I'd find somewhere else to do business. If convenience is a major factor in the bank you use, avoid this branch. While I personally prefer to handle deposits through a drive-thru window without getting out of my car, it's not make or break for me. But for people with health problems/disabilities/small children, it may be a pretty big hassle. If you want or need to use a teller, you'll need to go inside. Except that once you do go inside, there aren't any tellers there, either. I don't know if it's only this branch or the way all PNC's are, but regardless of the type of transaction you're there for, you have to wait to see a “personal banking†employee (maybe it's a way to pitch customers additional products and services you wouldn't normally do at the counter?). Let me be clear- I don't think my time is any more valuable than anyone else's. But it does get a little old waiting for loan applications to be processed or bank accounts to be opened by the same employees that handle my deposits. That's the exact reason banks employ tellers AND “personal banking†employees. Until the staffing situation is corrected at this branch, I would go elsewhere.
