My recent experiences with Lindsey Roberts , followed by Eric Chaw, have made me want to do more PT (and I never liked it before!).
Lindsey is such a caring professional that her maternity leave caused me to quit PT for awhile
Enter Eric! As a visiting therapist he quickly assessed my needs and the style to which I best respond. Having only known him for a month, he left me each visit, feeling better than the one before, with remarkable progress in just a month! Unfortunately, he is moving on to his next assignment and I wish him so much luck and happiness!
This may be a difficult situation for a client. So far, Pivot has not let me down, so I am sure that my next therapist will be as caring, professional, and concerned as Lindsey and Eric!

This is not a professional place to deal with. My son showed up 3 times I myself 4 times but the clinic was closed during the time the appointments were scheduled.The fourth time I spoke to Eric. I was being told they are short staffed! I confirmed my son's appointment with him and the following one as well but still no one was at the Herndon location today for his appointment. The Clinic was closed.
I can't even get through a person on the phone!!!!!
I canceled all of my appointments with them. So far no one has returned my phone calls.

I have knee problems and Lindsey has been my physical therapist for the issue. I could not be happier with her training and support. Also, shout out to Alexa at the front desk. She helped me a bunch getting set up and scheduled.

I saw Mona Mistry for the first time today for pelvic floor therapy. She seems to be a very caring and pleasant person and is very knowledgeable about the subject. It will be a pleasure to work with her over the next few weeks.

Started with very limited range of motion. After several weeks I've regained almost 100%. Thanks to Adam et al. I highly recommend Pivot PT Herndon

I was looking for a PT practice that delivers good customer service and I found one that is GREAT! I cannot praise the entire team at PIVOT the Worldgate location for their attention to the details that matter most to me. From my first appointment to my ongoing ones they have helped me more than any other provider in this field. Niche has been outstanding!! He listens, analyzes my situation weekly, and I am improving very quickly based on his recommendations. I would recommend this location and services to others.

I have found Pivot Physical Therapy at Worldgate in Herndon to be exceptional. I chose them initially from a couple of personal recommendations. When I called, Trisha was friendly and cheerful in getting my information and schedule set up. She greets you each time you enter, still friendly and cheerful.I have been coming for several weeks and Nish has treated me each time with a combination of therapies which has greatly relieved my pain. I also have home exercises that are simple to do. There is an online tool with videos of your assigned home exercises if I need to refresh my memory on position. He is highly skilled, thorough and thoughtful about all the therapies he provides for you.The atmosphere at Pivot is clean, quiet and peaceful. The whole team Nish, Trisha and Michael are caring and compassionate. I'm so glad they were able to take me.

He explains the reason behind the exercise and watches carefully to ensure the patient is completing eachcorrectly. Trisha manages the scheduling and paperwork (along with numerous other tasks). She is friendly, courteous and has such a great personality. Definitely an A+ PT facility

This place is amazing!! My wife was treated by Nish here. He is an excellent, compassionate, and an extremely knowledgeable therapist that makes it easier to understand the injury and the healing process. He takes ample time to review and discuss things and my wife never felt rushed. He always emphasizes on the one-on-one time and makes us feel confident in our strength and capabilities. I highly recommend this place for faster healing and recovery!!
