Fixed the screen on my iphone. Chatges $120! The bottom of the screen slowly stopped working (this is where the original crack was) . Phone went back into otterbox. Screen broke once in 5 years in this same box. Then after a few months, phone fell and boom. Screen turned into bright green lines...overcharged for a job almost well done

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Amazing workers, excellent customer service, very informal and they will let you know what exactly needs to be fixed in your phone. Will be recommending them to my friends

Nice seExcellent customer service! Same day service was great and efficient! I needed a data transfer to my new phone since the screen on my old phone went black. It was an exact transfer and everything went to my new phone perfectly! Every employee I spoke with was so nice and well informed on what I needed! I will definitely be back to get my laptops looked at!rvice and welcoming people

This is the terrible job returned to me. Not only does the button look chewed up and damaged, but it still is hard to press and turn on. There was no willingness to fix the issue or provide a partial return. Do NOT give them the money upfront and reconsider even shopping here.

The Phone Doctor in Herndon was a great place to take my phone after it fell off my car on Fairfax County Parkway. After laying on the road for 24 hours and being run over many times, The Phone Doctor somehow managed to repair it. Since the phone was new and not paid off yet, it was great to hear that they could fix it at a reasonable cost. The staff there kept me informed of the progress and made every effort to get it back to me as soon as possible. Thank you Phone Doctor!

Awful service. Horrible experience. Had a screen protector put on and within days, had air bubbles all over the screen. I work, obviously, so I couldn't go back until Sat (1 week + 3 days), and was told I'll need to pay full price for a new one. The screen protector was lifting at all 4 corners and had bubbles in the middle of the screen. It was obviously not put on correctly. The girl at the counter - named Sinai - kept going to the back and coming back responding she was told the most they can do is a $5 discount. When I asked to speak to the person whom she was talking to, she straight up told me no he was too busy. When I said she needs to tell him I'm waiting to speak to him, she finally went. Upon returning - by herself - she said the manager isn't here. So the person she was speaking to was apparently just a tech - named Frank - and didn't even have the authority to approve or deny a replacement! I had to repeat 3 times that I want the manager to call me before Sinai agreed and handed me a post-it to leave my phone number. The level of incompetence I just dealt with blew my mind. Let's see if I actually get a call from the manager.

I took my phone in to get repaired for water damage. They fixed the cracked screen that was not caused by the water damage at all but they did not fix the face ID that was cause by it. My phone died and when it was plugged back in the screen wont turn on. Even when the phone was not working at all the screen would at least light up when on or off the charger now nothing is happening. It is on and i can feel it vibrating when I plug it in.
