I can't say enough about Dr. Phillips, Lily, Caroline and the rest of the team at Franklin Farm clinic. Their help and support has been a lifesaver over and over since I started bringing my cats to them in late 2020. Most of my visits have involved elderly kitties in their final years - good friends with me for 18 or 20 years. You can imagine what they meant to me. The team always has always been encouraging, loving and capable. I just moved to Philadelphia and not having them nearby is one of the hardest aspects of moving. I will still take my cats there as feasible. Who knows? I may need to move back!

We recently moved to the area and are so happy we chose Franklin Farm Veterinary for our four cats! Our kitties were welcomed with treats and lickables, along with a room they could roam freely in. Dr. Doss was very knowledgeable, along with the other veterinarian. We are excited to know that we have a safe and caring veterinarian for our cats.

Love FFVC. I will always be thankful for the care and support they provided for Tyson. I used to work there, but continued to go and see Dr. Phillips and their wonderful staff after I stopped because he loved them SO much. He was always happy to see them, they always got him in quickly and helped me sort through his medical problems efficiently. When it was time to say goodbye, his favorite technicians and KP surrounded him. My new pup Rooney loves them too. They're all wonderful, but Dr. Phillips and Caroline always go above and beyond for me.

Love this clinic, love the staff and doctors! I know how busy most animal clinics have become the past couple years and FFVC I know always tries there best to accommodate me and my pets.

My family has been coming to this veterinary clinic for over two decades for a small army of cats and dogs. I used to think that the staff here cared about my pets and me. The services here are quite expensive compared to other vets in the area. But having someplace to go that feels like part of the community is worth the cost. But today, when my dog showed signs of illness or injury, I called the vet. The person who answered the phone seemed annoyed and told me that there were no appointments for my dog for over two weeks. I'm so shocked because this is a place that has always been so good and just changed overnight. Since my family vet wasn't willing to help, I did my own research for the last several hours. When I told the vet what I suspected, they recommended I get a surgical consult as soon as possible. It's pretty rich to recommend that I do something quick when you didn't seem to care about my dog. I don't know that I've ever been so hurt by a business before, and that's what I am. Hurt and disappointed. What changed? In two decades I've never experienced such disinterested customer service and lack of care for pets. So please be warned that this isn't the neighborhood vet it used to be.

Tried to make an appointment and right off the bat the Receptionist had a tone. I figured she may have been having an off day or whatever. She said they now require a payment deposit for new people. Firstly, I have never heard of a vet requiring a deposit to make a general/ annual exam appointment (this was not for a surgery) so I was a little wary and asked more questions since I had never been there before or heard of that. She said it's because they have long waiting times and have had a lot of no shows. But again it's only for new patients, and not everyone that makes an appointment. Hmmm ok because only new people are no shows apparently? She then precedes to make a joke along the lines of how new people are ruining it for everyone. I thought that was kind of weird to say... being that I'm trying to make a new appointment. It came off like they are pretty much not interested in new business. I mentioned to her how it came across over the phone and then she hung up on me. I was like ok so this is not the place for my dogs lol. Again maybe she was having an off day, but regardless it seemed unprofessional and not welcoming to new people. Not sure if the office staff is a reflection of the business as a whole since I didn't get that far.

They take great care of Murphy and Mollie. Staff cares and takes every step to make sure our dogs are treated well. Both dogs have had procedures and they have been successful. Follow up post op was great.

I think Dr. Phillips is one of the best vets I have come across... This review is overdue, but if you are considering where to go for veterinary services and Franlin Farm Vet (Chantill/Herndon area) is nearby, go here. OK, very caring, very knowledgeable. Dr. Phillips came into this practice around 2016 when Dr. Duboissette retired. During that time we lived nearby and had been taking our dog here since 2008. With the change, at first I was apprehensive but I found that the "new" vet was extremely caring, knowledgeable, and well-organized, and energetic (staying on top of things, etc.) Even after our move, I continued to take our dog here. During COVID she saw my (aging) dog (many vets would not do appointments.) I talked with her on the phone for some time probably two or three times in 2020 and early 2021 trying to understand what was best for our aging (17) boy. She and her staff are truly dedicated to their charges. Now, we have a puppy about 3 months old. One of my sons wants to go to a different vet because of distance... but I can't do it. Dr. Phillips is the vet I trust and we will travel the extra 30 minutes to take our new puppy there.

Dr. Phillips just examined my cats and it was hands down the best experience I've EVER had with a vet and my cats. Fear Free handling is amazing. She was kind and gentle; no scruffing of my cats. Recommendations that were made were sensible and thoughtful, and information given wasn't terrifying. My cat that dislikes the vet the most, fell asleep when she was petting him and we were all talking. She also used positive reinforcement for my other cat who wanted to get off the table and investigate the room during the exam. I feel like I have a partner in cat care instead of someone barking directives at me and not listening. Heavenly experience. I hope we don't see her again until next year, but I won't dread going in. Also, the offices were clean and didn't stink, the staff all welcomed us and was smiling. I'm overwhelmed and so happy I tried them.

When I adopted my previous dog six years ago in 2015, I actually avoided this vet because they had a bad reputation. I am glad to admit that I was wrong. We switched over to them in early 2021, so perhaps ownership or something else has changed since 2015. We have not had any issues with this vet so far, and they are certified fear free, which is a good thing for one of my dogs who is very much afraid of the vet and new people. Customer service is excellent, I do not feel like I have been upsold on anything, and prices are reasonable.

Franklin Farm Veterinary Clinic is a hidden gem. We were looking for a new vet in a hurry, and tried Franklin Farms. I was blown away by their kindness and the attention they gave to our poor sick dog. Everyone we came in contact with from front desk, vet tech, to Doctor, was caring, professional, and knowledgeable. They even showed concern for our dog, calling the day after our appt. The doctor called me with test results as soon as they were available, and helped with ideas for home treatment. The office was very clean and neat. I will most definitely keep them as our vet. It is a nice change to be treated so special.

Highly recommend! Both the vets are wonderful. All the techs - everyone is certified "fear free". I bring all my animals here. This place has been a treasure and a godsend for us. Clinically and medically they are top notch. And they are operationally totally organized. Fairly priced too. Additionally, they also have wonderful hearts. I am so grateful to have them partner with me on the care of all my animals.

Dr. Phillips and her team are simply the best! We adopted our dog 3 months ago and he had a lot of fear and anxiety. Initially we went to a different vet and it was not a good fit, and we lost hope for finding good care for our new dog. Luckily, Dr. Phillips was recommended to us and from the first 5 minutes we could tell she genuinely cared about making our dog feel comfortable and safe. She knew that he needed a slow introduction and she was so patient, never rushed. She understood his needs and special quirks and accommodated us and our dog. She always answers any questions and her whole team loves our dog from the minute we walk in. At the other place we went to they gave him the side eye almost like they were scared of him, and dogs pick up on human energy- which is why he loves going to Franklin Farm Veterinary! The whole team radiates positivity and kindness from the second we walk in, greeting us and our dog. His tail is wags every time and we are so incredibly happy to have found this team!

Wonderful staff, ultra convenient location. We met Dr. Phillips recently and she helped us through a transition with our sweet and faithful family dog. Her exceptional paw-side manner made the experience more bearable. I would recommend Dr. Phillips, when we are ready to bring another furry baby into the family, we will absolutely be back.
