“My Dr's Pharmacy is the best pharmacy in the Herndon area. They have a ton of prescriptions available for pick-up the same day. They are incredibly fast at filling prescriptions. And the best of all, they fill your prescriptions right when they get them. Unlike other pharmacy's where you have to call them and remind them that you need your prescription and have to keep bothering them to finally fill your prescription, My Dr's Pharmacy is really fast and fills your prescriptions as soon as they get them. The BEST pharmacy in the Herndon area.”

“20240826 Wow! They carry the Tabasco Extra Hot sauce!
20220701 I stopped by and saw that they have a BBQ stand outside the store near the elevator selling cooked BBQ meat. It's convenient for those who wants some BBQ.
The employees here are always nice and helpful. I'm so glad the bank went away and they expanded the parking area in its place. With more above ground parking spaces, there is little need to park in the underground garage. I was driving by and decided to stop to pick up some food. This store is consistently clean, and I like that HT carries some unique items. I always get the Free Range/Pasture Raised Organic eggs - note: Cage Free means the chickens are not in cages but they are still stuffed in large trailer like housing with no natural light and no fresh air. Support Free Range or Pastire Raised chickens.”
“I’ve been using the grocery pick up option since the pandemic. I would like to say that the team supporting this option is awesome. I would like to recognize Audrey, who is part of this team. She is so helpful and always polite and kind. If there’s any issues with something, she always has a solution. She is prompt and keeps things moving. She’s a pleasure to work with.”

“Generally staff are nice, and have had few issues. However, it’s a bit concerning that their store policies for certain vaccines (Ex: RSV) do not align with CDC guidance.”
“Not sure why this pharmacy has so many negative reviews! They are always kind, considerate and efficient when I interact with them. The first time I got an rx filled with them, the pharmacist went above and beyond to try to help me find a coupon. Would definitely recommend them!”
“Family has shopped here since I was a baby. We've always experienced good customer service, and never had any issues shopping here for the last three decades.For those complaining this is a "small" grocery store: it's literally surrounded by suburban housing in a small strip mall. It's a neighborhood grocery store, nothing more nothing less.”
“I have been coming to this Walgreens for the past 5 years and haven't had any major issues that are at the immediate fault of the store itself. I've been through the store, the pharmacy, and even got a covid booster vaccine from here. The customer service, wait times at the pharmacy, and cleanliness/organization of the store are all standard compared to other Walgreens stores I've been to. Overall, nothing really outstanding and nothing terrible to say. It's a Walgreens.”

“This is my first visit to this CVS. I really liked their huge selection much better than the CVS' in the area. I really like the option to use their minute clinic, which I didn't have to use, but it looks very neat very orderly and great hours. The store itself is very well organized. The only thing I didn't like were some of the shopping carts were empty, and in the isles, huge selection of sleep aids as well, and the layout of the store is very efficient.”
