It’s so nice and pretty, so many options, everything looks so nice, it’s so organized the girls are checking all the time and everything is so welcoming, come prepare to try the close on top of yours, the ladies are the best, all of them are so cute and nice, it was a wonderful experience, for sure I will come back

N'Used is definitely one of my "happy places." I visit regularly and more often than not, leave with a sense of amazement at the quantity and quality of what I've purchased. The staff is wonderful and they make you feel pampered and "at home." If you haven't been there, you are missing out.

I can’t say enough good things about this store. The staff is super friendly, helpful and most importantly they remember their customers names! I started consigning here about a year ago, because I had clothes that were a little nicer than what I’d take elsewhere. Their cosigning model is very fair, and it’s always fun to get a little extra money to either take home or use the store (you get a discount for using your consignor balance). They have a big selection of gently used clothes and purses (esp high-end) in all sizes. It’s always fun to pop in and browse. Shop small, Shop local!

The desire to spend both a quiet and garrulous time with women welcoming you into a salon— a deeply colorful space where the clothing and accessories ask you please to fall in love and take us home:that is what you will find at this gem of a shop appropriately called “N’Used.” I love this place and treasure its people:Lisa and Melissa and Rosemary, the most welcoming owner.Many of my clothes from N’Used are complimented upon. I wear them with a sense of glamour and affection, as you will once you come in, browse at your leisure, smile in the mirror and carry them home!

This is a WONDERFUL consignment shop! It is a very well-run establishment and the staff is kind, friendly and honest. The selection is awesome and the space is a lovely place to shop. They make the consignment process so seamless. I always enjoy my time in the store and I have had a very positive experience as a consigner over the last two years. I highly recommend you check it out!!

This is a fun place to shop. I am a consigner and everytime I shop there I have found everything I need, in one place. From accessories, to the little black dress, and everything in between. The clothes are great quality and price. You can wear your new outfit the same day. This is the best women's clothing store in Northern Virginia! And the staff is always friendly and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about N'used. They are my retail therapy!

I've been going to N'Used for several years. I started consigning last year and love having an account there for my things that sold. We get an in-house discount for using our money there when we purchase things, an added benefit.It's so fun to see what they have each time. I can't pick one area that I like best. There selection of coats, purses, blouses, pants, and more are all amazing. Lately I've noticed more evening wear, but they've always had top designer name brands of casual and dress wear.I recommend them for shopping and consigning both. The owners are a great team and very smart about how they run their shop. Love going there.

I wish I could give this store 100 stars. I found Rosemary and her wonderful team 8 years ago when I was selling my mom's handbag collection. They were compassionate and helpful at a very difficult time. Since then I have bought and sold more things than I can remember and made some really good friends. The quality of the merchandise is excellent, everything is always clean and in very good condition. I often find 'new with tags' items as well as mid to high level brands. You can find clothes for every occasion as well as beautiful handbags, jewelry and accessories. Additionally, the N'used team has created a safe space and community that I personally can't live without. I literally can't recommend this store enough.
