This review is on behalf of my mother: The manager was quite difficult towards me. I had requested some sort of refund, apology or proper feedback regarding this office forgetting to call me about picking up my glasses. I went today to finally receive them. I called them for an inquiry yesterday and I was told that they forgot to tell me to pick up my glasses. That is no excuse. Today, the manager told me he couldn’t do anything for me and said that they called one day after the glasses arrived. If that is correct, it should NOT have taken a month for my glasses to arrive. I have been told different things from staff here without transparency. The care here in general has not been good compared to former business that this business took over. Regardless, very poor service. It’s so unfortunate that My Eye Doctor is buying up smaller businesses that specialize in eye care AND stellar customer service. I also came to my appointment almost a month ago so this experience was unacceptable. I miss Franklin Farm eye associates that had Dr. Cochran and more competent and kind staff.

I have not good experience from their service department at all in any interactions over last 2 years. I tried to get contact lenses. They were not able to provide replacements on time and over phone kept telling that it's not arrived yet. I had to go to office and found it was already there. Secondly, they charged again for replacement and sent bill. When I called they said they will cancel but it never happened and again got notice. There is no proper tracking and complain department; hence writing review here. Hope they improve customer services and have transparent communication.

I urgently visited this place for my aunt’s eye exam and glasses. Fortunately, we met Dr. Nazanin Latifi, who conducted a thorough and caring examination of her vision. We were quite concerned because my aunt had cataract surgery last year, but now we feel reassured. The place also helped us get her glasses at an affordable price, making good use of her insurance. I give two thumbs up to all the staff and the doctor. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Great friendly staff and knowledgeable. My family and I have been coming to this location for years. Sales associate Mahsa is amazing, she helped me choose the right pair of glasses.
Rodny's assistance was so great as well
when we needed additional assistance for a repair. Doctors are professional for my eye exams.

Finally, an eye appointment that was awesome! I've been going to MyEyeDr. for years with so so service. I tried America's Best last year and have had two horrible visits in a row. So, I decided to go back to MyEyeDr. I live in the neighborhood and went this morning. WHAT AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE! They were friendly, efficient, and accurate. I didn't wait hardly at all. The tech was informative as he did all the tests and then when I met with the doctor, she listened to me, asked great questions and finally SOLVED my contacts/readers/glasses quandary - her suggestion was so simple and it's working. No other doctor in the past two -three years has suggested mono-vision contact wearing and now, I don't have to wear readers. I will be bringing my whole family here from now on. Thank you!

I had a very disappointing experience at MyEyeDre in Franklin Farm. I called ahead to confirm my glasses repair was ready for pick-up and was told it was. When I arrived, despite three staff members seeing me standing at the desk, I had to wait 15 minutes and eventually had to grab someone to get my glasses. Perhaps I was invisible. The staff ignored me completely, which was both embarrassing and unprofessional. Even if they were busy, a simple acknowledgment would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this place based on this experience.

Well I have been using this location for more than 5 years and they always have served me very well in every aspect and the quality of the products doesn’t have contestants.

The customer service at this location is horrible. The Dr. is decent for routine eye exams but the staff in the front is rude and dismissive. I’ve purchased my glasses (both prescription sunglasses and regular reading) from them for the last three years and have never come back with minor issues because I usually try to fix things myself or just don’t have the time. For the first time in the last 3 years, I came back with a couple of issues with my prescription sunglasses that I purchased in December 2023. I’ve only had them for 6 months and already the lense on one side keeps popping out and the grading is wearing off from the bottom. I brought them in thinking that My Eye Dr. (Franklin Farm) would help me out and offer solutions. Instead, they made me feel stupid, gaslit me into thinking that what I was noticing wasn’t even there, and then finally said “well, you’ve had the sunglasses for 6 months”. The lady who was helping me then passed me along to her Manager, who did pop the lense back in but did not even acknowledge me when I mentioned to him that his employee was rude.
In summary, will NOT be coming back here ever again. Also, their frame selection is below average.

This review is long overdue. All my experiences with this location have been excellent over time. Dr Isha Khosa performed my latest eye exam and I was thoroughly impressed by her professionalism, sincerity, and patience with me. I basically read for a living, and she took the time to help me work through my uncertainty around which prescription adjustments were most precise. It's clear she cares about her patients' well-being. At no time did I feel rushed. And Rodney, the manager, is the reason I go to that location to begin with. Many years ago (8+ I think?) I received his excellent service at another location. His efforts to deliver exceptional service always go that extra mile that I just haven't experienced in any of the other locations closer to where I live. I pass by many other locations to drive to the Franklin Farm office. While it is not convenient for me, it's well worth the peace of mind that comes with knowing I'm getting the best care and service I can get. Highly recommend this location!
