“I have been going to this pharmacy for years and I like all of the staff so much. I have never once had a problem. Today at 9:35am ish I got refills and I didn't say anything about my injuries hurting but they could tell and filled my prescription immediately. I was so surprised. At first I was told it would be 20-25 minutes which is typical and I expected to wait at least that long. When they called my name, I was sitting in a chair by the pharmacy, I was so grateful. I said "That was so fast!" and the technician said "you were in pain so we did it right away." I said thank you and the pharmacist so much. The fact that they could just see my pain and I did not even ask if they could do it quickly was so kind. I have been to this pharmacy for decades and have never had a bad experience. I wish I knew the name of the front desk technician and the pharmacist today, 5/13/22 at 9:42am when I checked out. Liz, who often covers the front but is not a tech is very friendly and helpful. Kathy has been there for over 20 years and is so knowledgeable. I wish I knew other names but literally everyone there is nice. I cannot say the same for CVS. Our insurance requires us to go to CVS for our scripts but we only like one CVS and that is in Target Reston. All the others seem to have unhappy and unpleasant employees. So for cheap medications we would rather go right up the street to Fox Mill Giant to the nice people. When you already don't feel well, why would you want to go to a pharmacy filled with grumpy people. I sure wish I had gotten the names of the tech and pharmacist today. I am hoping with the date and time Giant Pharmacy can figure out who was working.”

“This was our local Giants years ago when we lived in Herndon. After a doctors visit across the street I stopped in to pick up some Tylenol. It's a different set up than our Ashburn Village location but easy to find and the self checkout was good. ThE PNC Bank was being renovated so closed except for the ATM.”

“I read some of the feedback with a raised eyebrow!!???!! I've been using this store for almost 18 years and have never had an issue with prices, employees, or rewards cards!! Some people can never be pleased and blast them after what one bad experience?? I will continue to frequent the store and it's pleasant employees.”

We've always experienced good customer service, and never had any issues shopping here for the last three decades.For those complaining this is a "small" grocery store: it's literally surrounded by suburban housing in a small strip mall. It's a neighborhood grocery store, nothing more nothing less.”
