I was scamed i was charged 199 for a a phone that dosent work and was charged for a pair of earphones the guy said it was free because they had no bags i noticed later he charged for the earphones 64 dollars discounted 20 dollars so the phone and activation fees taxes and payment free should of come out to around 150 not 199 so earphones where not free but 49 dollars i whent back and complain he denied and said thats how it shows on reciped but not how it works i been a customer for more then a year i was getting new phone because it broke

Ok, so I sent my wife to add a new line, they told my wife the cost for the SIM will be 10$ as it was posted by MetroPCS agent online .. but I went there to ask for an explanation for 2 differents charges, one for $10 and another for $25 and the guy working there FERNANDO TOLD ME, oh I don't know what's going on with those extra cost, but the manager is not here . So I can't help you with that. Really? Is that an answer? Then he said , the $25 amount you see there is not real. Oh! Not real? But you too that money from my wife as well!!! And there is no manager? What's going on??? 8 years with metro and never happened before...his final answer from Fernando was, YOU SHOULD DO EVERYTHING ONLINE AND DONT COME TO THE STORE.. OH WOW. AMAZING.. NOW IM CANCELLING MY 5 LINES..

Very bad service. It seems that they will not be paid to work and represent metro. Well, I'm not going back there. I would rather change phone companies than receive that service every time I want to make my payments.

The customer service is a joke. The guy working there and a lady, they said they are new and don't know how to do things. Simple, FERNANDO, GO HOME AND LET SOMEONE ELSE WHO KNOWS THE JOB, TO WORK THERE... VERY RUDE PEOPLE. ALWAYS OVERCHARGING PEOPLE WITH ITEMS THEY NEVER PURCHASED..
