One recommendation is to have someone from the company arrive with the cleaning team for the first time with the client and do a walk through of the entire house to establish a rapport with the team and as well manage expectations

Quality and timeliness was excellent. This was our first time utilizing the Maid Bright Company and overall excellent rating. I would recommend that on first time with a client, someone from the company introduces the team to the client and does a quick walk through to make sure everyone is on the same page and expectations are clearly expressed.
