Seems like certain aspects of the store have gone downhill a bit. I've never seen so many items on the shelves that are past their expiration or sell by dates. The produce section is lacking a bit. Not as high quality as in the past. I will say that the staff in the deli and meat depts is excellent. But it seems the overall quality of the store has gone down. It also seems as if they mark up the prices on their BOGO items so we don't get the deals we think we are getting.

I use self checkout because the cashiers are extremely slow and I don’t want to talk to anyone. Now they’ve added a ridiculous feature where it measures the weight of your items to see if you scanned what’s in the bag. The problem is that their machines are awful and don’t even detect half your items so it thinks you’re stealing. An employee has to come over and watch the entire recording of you scanning and bagging because they assume you’re a thief who wants to steal a $0.50 yogurt lol. Yeah. I live next door but I won’t be coming here anymore.

Everything as far as the groceries and service here is good but this store STINKS. When you walk in the front doors, you're hit with the stench of either dead fish or poop or a mix of that. It's disgusting. For a grocery store, this is not what you want to experience when shopping for food within said store. It seems like Harris Teeter could really put some effort into fixing this. Also-bathrooms are semi gross for those who want to know. I do like that is has an underground parking garage - sometimes If I'm out riding when it's very cold or very hot, I go here to seek refuge in the parking garage And shop around a little bit.

I am grateful for the pharmacy team here at Harris Teeter Woodland Crossing, Herndon VA. Nazila and Olga have always been patient with me, my provider and insurance company. They sincerely care about their customers which keeps me and my family coming back to this Harris Teeter location for my shopping wants and needs.

Near by store for your daily needs. They have grocery, bakery, inbuilt kitchen and pharmacy too. You also find cosmetics and toiletries here. They sell poultry and organic. They have wide varieties section of everything you need. Many time’s you will find better healthy options here as compared to Walmart or Whole Foods. They sell flowers, bouquets and plants also. They have big sections of wines and IPAs. Every night they sell there daily baked bakery products at low costs like croissants, bagels, donuts, pies etc. the staff is helpful and kind. They have there points which can give you discount in gas. You should try it out.

IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD!
DO NOT SHOP HERE !
DO NOT SUPPORT THIS STORE UNTIL THEY CHANGE THIS !
This store contains a dirty, rotten, unpleasant odor coming directly from the most useless excuse for a manager named Nanette whose personality is just as offensive her appearance. Whomever decided it was a good idea to employ someone so condescending and disgraceful should reconsider every decision they made that entire week. There's absolutely no way anyone should be treated the way she has been allowed to regard the employee of this store. I was unlucky enough to encounter this short, overweight, wicked person on my visit on Wednesday March 20th & that visit will absolutely be my last until that miserable person is no longer welcome to accosting her coworkers !

Nannette was by far the worst person I have ever dealt with in customer service since I have been working and I am 35 and have been working since I was 15. Her condescending attitude and rude mannerism is not what I thought Harris teeter was about and I don't know if she is miserable in her personal life but she needs to address.

What the heck happened to this store? They took out the soup bar, bread bar, salad bar...none of the pre made meals other Harris Teeters have...pharmacy takes almost two days to perform a refill...produce section severely cut back...I could go on and on. This used to be a great store. But now it feels like they don't even want to be in business anymore more.

Security guard Rick-stood behind me and watched me as if I was stealing. He spoke little English and had a missing from tooth. Made me feel uncomfortable. I won’t be back.

I drive the extra mile to grocery shop here vs the Giant next to my house. Better selection, always pleasant staff, and overall an infinitely better shopping experience.
