Very good place, nice stuff.

The absolute nicest people work here. I found what I was looking for, at a good price. I'll definitely be back to donate and to purchase.

Had a donation pick-up scheduled today for multiple household appliances. It was asked on the website that I leave the items on the curb, but it was pouring rain outside and I didn't want all of my electrical appliances to get wet, so I parked them on my front porch (about 20 feet from the curb). When the 2 guys arrived to pick up my items, I offered to have my brother and I move them down for them, so they wouldn't have to carry them down the 3 steps from my front porch to the curb. The man who drove the truck was extremely rude, declined my help several times, and told me I needed to reschedule. I said it would only take me 5-10 minutes to move all of the appliances (my brother is 6'5" and moves furniture/appliances all the time, probably could've done it in less time honestly). He insisted that I reschedule because he was "on a tight schedule." I got the impression he just didn't want to deal with loading the items onto the truck in the first place.I took time out of my morning to move a stove, dishwasher, wine fridge, microwave, and full sized fridge out of my house for him (not an easy feat!). The fact that he couldn't give me an extra 5-10 minutes to help him by moving these items closer to his truck, -- in the pouring rain -- is beyond me. This man was so unbelievably rude and unprofessional, and was so dismissive in his response to me. Didn't even let me finish a sentence before he just turned his back and walked away from me back to his truck. If this guy really cared about charity and helping people, he would've been more flexible. His colleague looked to be completely in shock, uncomfortable, and embarrassed by his behavior, but was pretty much silent throughout the entire discussion.I ended up posting the items on FB marketplace for free, and another man graciously picked them up within hours. I will never consider Habitat for Humanity Restore as a donation resource again after the way I was treated.

Big-time overpriced. Same products new on Amazon for sometimes less or at worst a few % more. Steer clear unless you just want to browse.

Found a lovely dresser at a great price. Plus the employees were very nice and helpful!

Was a great store with decent prices. A hidden gem. I would go there weekly, or more.. buy a bunch of stuff every visit. Now, the prices are almost retail and the products are junk. I found same item “new” on Amazon for a few dollars more. It is still well organized, staff helpful and friendly, but can find better deals elsewhere now. They did a big re-org about a year ago and since then, no real deals to be found.

This is the best restore I’ve seen. There are some really high-quality and special gems here. It’s also massive and packed! Prices do seem a little higher here, but it’s worth stopping in.

Vast inventory! I thought some of the prices were ridiculous for the clearly worn out furniture. It seems they have a base price for all chairs no matter the condition, which I found some chairs I would’ve liked but I’m not paying $25 for an old patio chair when I could buy that same chair new at ‘At Home’ for $30. Worth coming by to look.

Nothing like the other Habitat for Humanity stores. This one has prices the same as retail and sometimes higher! We don't even like donating here because one guy (Jerry) always belittles and criticizes us for the items being donated, no matter what it is.We have tried to tell them their prices are ridiculously high, but no change. They said they expect people to ask for a discount if they want it lower, but we are not into that style of shopping. It's unfortunate because this place could really be a help to the poorer families in the surrounding community who need a place to shop for inexpensive home items.

People who works here are so rude, the price is so high on everything it's not reasonable on people's donation. they priced everything expansive and most iteams are in bad condition I won't excepted for free. I can buy a new one at that price. They don't have sign what ways is employees only but when I enter certain way the shouted at me why are you here. I walked out I am not going back. Don't waste your time here you can buy a new one at Ross, or Marshall at the same price as their price.

Great selection of vintage treasures. Fair prices for a thrift store. A little disorganized and hard to navigate in the backroom with the furniture, but we were there looking for smalls so that didn't bother us. If we lived in the area we would definitely put this on our regular thrift rotation.

Save a trip, don't try to donate here. Brought brand new items such as cabinet hardware, tile, shelving and insulation to donate. Was told to wait for the supervisor to review and approve my items. When the supervisor looked at my donations he said he wouldn't take any of it, that he might as well put them in the dumpster, they would never sell. I was shocked, as I have frequently donated to the Restore in Chantilly and shop at both stores for my home improvement projects. I was not trying to donate something not applicable to the store, like a wedding dress. The tone of voice and dismissive condescension were surprising and inappropriate. I agree with other reviewers that the whole experience was very unpleasant.
