The WORST store not because of the merchandise but because of the horrible manager and cashier with an attitude. I tried to buy a lamp shade but the tag fell off en route to the cashier. I told cashier I would get the price tag which was on the floor. When I took it to her, she wagged her finger at me like I was switching tags. I walked out feeling insulted but decided to go back and speak to the manager. All other lamp shades in the store were 4.99 but she refused to sell it to me saying that it was store policy not to sell items without a price tag. I would understand IF it was a speciality item or an expensive item but knowing that all the lamp shades in the store are 4.99, the item still has to go back to the warehouse to be priced? Why is the manager there if she can’t make a decision based on rational thinking? Obviously she lacks the skills to be a manager anywhere. In addition, the cashier needs to learn some customer service skills, not surprised knowing lack of good management at this location.

The best Goodwill in the area, hands down! Surprising number of good brands (Free People, various Anthro brands) in the women's clothing section. Thoughtfully organized. So many dresses both formal and casual. A whole circular rack of PJ pants! Didn't expect this kind of selection, but super glad to have stopped by.

Just completely unhelpful. Wanted to purchase a large, hard sided travel case that someone had donated a week before. It took me getting transferred to manager just for someone to check if it's still around. Sales clerk kept insisting that I come have a look for myself.

I stopped coming here years ago. The furniture prices are ridiculous. Seriously, just shop at box stores during a sale. Very little difference. I also question how much of the profits are being used to help those in need. Seems like a scam tbh.

Used to be one of my favorite Goodwills to go to. Now they have removed all video games, DVD, and other media. No reason to shop here any longer.

Often crowded, old stock that doesn't get refreshed much

It's a Goodwill store, manage your expectations accordingly. A good selection of clothes was available. I found an item sufficient for my purpose in luggage. The staff is excellent. What is available will vary day to day, so prepare to spend time accordingly.

Very disappointed in the donation center. The first time I tried to donate a tall guy with a slight country accent turned me away because he claimed they weren’t taking donations for another 15 minutes. Meanwhile he was just standing there waiting at his post for donations. ? The second time I went out of my way to donation a car full of items and was turned away (by the same guy) because it was sprinkling out and he claimed they do not take donations when it’s raining. I’ve had it with this place! I’ll donate my stuff somewhere else. ????

I'm not sure what this store is doing with all the nice and more pricey items that people donate to them??? Most of items in this store are done.
