"A lux is one lumen per meter squared." Sound pretty dim, doesn't it? Then we went in to LUX Furniture Gallery, and let me tell you, we got dazzled.Lux Furniture is a great store. We went in looking for a simple glider. You know, one of those rocking chairs that moves forward and backward? We came away with so much more.Matt, one of the salesmen, came over to see if he could help. As we got talking, we told long stories of woe about how we had an uncomfortable chair and couch, how we would like a 42" round table.Next, while we were talking to Matt, Ali came over to meet us. Together they showed us different tables, chairs, A couch and ... get this ... a dining room hutch.Ali really knows his stuff having worked in the biz for decades. He did a great job explaining out options and I am glad he did. Our old couch gives me backaches. Our old table is too big and just holds junk. We need a hutch to display crystal and such and to add some storage.So, if you need a futon, wander over to Lux Furniture Gallery and enjoy a short stay. Take a ride on the zero G chair and probably go home with more than you expected.Thanks Ali and Matt. We enjoyed meeting ya.”
“The original advice, purchase and delivery of our Caldera Spa 10 years ago was excellent - hence the belated 4 stars. However, I had issues with scheduling service to repair leaks. Instead of dedicating time to complete the job (analyze, repair, test), they put us on a 3+ week waiting list after each visit. This went on for 3 months and I finally had to say "enough is enough". My advice: stay with a customer until they are fully satisfied and the issue is resolved - and not prolong the problem and solution.”
