Used Flagship Carwash services twice and was dissatisfied both times…when I pointed out deficiencies to the staff to get the services I had paid for, the staff response was rude and arrogant, as if I should feel guilty for even pointing out the cleaning deficiencies…I will never return to Flagship Carwash…instead, I plan to continue to use Auto Bell in Sterling which provides a better carwash, the staff is service-oriented and very courteous and the prices are better!

Flagship Carwash is a great place to get your car cleaned. It’s NOT touch-less so be careful, if you have dirty off road situation it’s not good.
The key to get good service is go there during non peak hours. During peak hours for obvious reasons the quality goes down

I'm done with this business for good. Called about an interior detail; they said no appointment is necessary; drop off any time; and it roughly takes 3-4 hours. Dropped the car off at 8:30 this morning; still no word from the store. Call the company and you get a centralized customer service that is of no help. They will not contact the store to get status; and you cannot call the store directly. I was told to go to the store if I wanted to check the status. I have no car, it's at the store. I expected to have it back by early afternoon, and still have no clue when it will be done. I was not informed if they had other appointments and it would take all day. No one said anything so I assumed it would be a 1/2 day as they told me. Flagship has an amazing business, and it clearly does not need to keep customers happy anymore. This is my first and last detail with them. Too bad, I used to like this place.

Excellent customer service at all times. I have been coming here for over 2 years and have always received outstanding customer service. I always find plenty of dry/clean towel. Staff is friendly, respectful and willing to take care of your needs.
Hours of operation is on time. Communicate very well during holidays hours by putting up signs. I highly recommend this site to anyone who wishes to get their cars cleaned.

Says it has vacuums but only if you pay for them to do it. Tried asking but not one single person I asked could speak English.

The experience was not very pleasant; my black Tahoe came out with several scratches on the right side. One was larger than the others. The managers said they didn't have access to the cameras. But interestingly, a few months ago, the same thing happened with my F150 truck, but back then they did show me the video because it obviously didn't happen at their location. But now it happened on their location and for some reason, they didn't want to show me the recordings.

They WILL eventually damage your vehicle. They will lie and say they will look at a video and simply never bother. There are no videos. The entire place is a scam. They are not registered with BBB.

Our third row in our minivan is not used and when I asked that the trunk be cleaned for extra charge, the trunk mats were not cleaned and third row seat was pulled out of trunk floor and was left half opened and could not be stowed away back into floor. When I attempted to take my van back for mats to be cleaned and for third row seat to be stowed back into floor, several workers tried and at then claimed that it was already broken when I brought my van into car wash. My trunk was completely open (third row seating stowed away into trunk floor) when I brought it in to be cleaned. We’re now looking at an astronomically expensive third row seat replacement because it was broken whilst cleaners pulled seat out from floor on the assembly line.
