If I could give this place a ZERO star I would. Their customer service sucks! Lianna was rude over the phone and would not want to tell me her supervisors name. I have been trying to reach them all morning. They did not pick up a single call. At 3pm after 30 attempts somehow someone finally picked up and gave me misleading information. My application said my package was at the sorting facility and Lianna said my package was in transit. I asked her if my package was at their facility and twice she said no. Later she told me that the item was at the facility but not ready for pick up. First of all she lied telling me that my product was not there. Disgustingly dishonest people. Will never use Fedex in my life. Terrible experience and terrible customer service.

I came here to ship an envelope to Canada and the person at the counter didn’t want to give me a price. He kept saying that he had other customers waiting when I was the first in line. He then asked me to setup an account online to get an estimate. When I did that, he gave some reason that corporate rates ans store rates are different and he could not honor online rates in rude and condescending tone. Then why even ask to create an online account? Either this person does not know what they were talking about or didn’t want to help me with my shipping. Zero stars for this location.

Absolute GARBAGE customer service. I paid extra for a package to be delivered Friday. Friday it shows the package is it this location, but does not go out for delivery. Friday night updated tracking shows package at this location, and will be delivered Saturday. Guess what? Does not go out Saturday either. Sunday comes around and the delivery window gets updated to Monday now while this package still sits here. Monday comes today, and guess what? Package is not here and is now changed to Tuesday for delivery. We went to the office here to just go pick it up. Spent an hour with a nice lady at the front desk, but then her manager comes out and says they REFUSE to give us the package because the delivery now says Tuesday. The package is at this office....we are standing their with the information to pick it up....and they refuse to deliver the package? We were told to "Go Home and Wait". Absolutely a joke of a business being run, if the package does not come tomorrow we fully intend to go back and sit in their lobby until they give us our item.

Two staff members at the counter were extremely rushy and pushy. They were not keen to answer any question. I was hesitating for one moment ,they quickly moved on to next in line not bothering to respond to any question, and they spoke in tone of blaming and scolding you for merely having a question.

Went there for some help regarding a parcel coming
The lady at the counter totally unhelpful, not sympathetic at all even tho I was being really polite to her, she only kept saying “uum no”. I understand you might not know but you can always be a bit nicer. Also half of the times I wasn’t sure what exactly she was saying and donr get me wrong I am not a native speaker either .

I had a terrible experience with FedEx. They consistently fail to deliver packages on time and lie about attempting to do so. Despite my husband working from home and having a Ring doorbell to monitor visitors, they claim to have tried to deliver packages when they clearly have not.Not only have they delivered packages to the wrong address in the past, but they also falsely claimed to have attempted delivery without actually doing so. I received a notification that my package was being held at the Herndon location, only to find out upon arrival that they had no idea where the package was because the driver forgot to scan it. This level of incompetence is beyond frustrating and disappointing, especially considering I paid extra for timely delivery.I have never encountered such issues with UPS, who are always reliable and punctual. It seems like FedEx has serious management issues, as their employees are clearly not trained properly.I will be sure to request that the sender never uses FedEx again, or I may even cancel my order altogether. Fedex's consistent failures have left me with no choice but to seek alternative shipping options.

I bought a product under a free 2-day delivery offer. The original order was placed 3/12/2024 and scheduled to arrive 3/15/2024. I received notification of a delay and that the new delivery date would be 3/18/2024. I waited until the end of the day, and no update. I called FedEx, and was told it would be made “priority” and arrive 3/19/2024 (today). Since I had not received any notification with an update (still had scheduled date 3/18/2024), I reached out again and they assured me they had contacted this location and it was on the vehicle to be delivered today before 8.The package does not require a signature, and we’ve been home all day (we also have cameras). At 7:57PM, while sitting right here near the door, a notification comes through saying a delivery attempt was made (untrue). Why would there be an attempt if it states a signature is not required? I call again, only to hear the same “we apologize and can assure you it will be delivered the next business day.”I can’t trust the information they provide.The initial delay was understandable, but now 3 days in a row being told “we can assure you your package will deliver the next business day”.I really hope the shipper did not pay extra for the 2-day shipping, and I will be reaching out to them advising.

I love driving 30 minutes to pickup a package here after 7 days of my 2nd day delivery package going out for delivery, no attempt being made and it being loaded on the truck again the next day.
