Staff was amazing, the room was perfect and very prompt assistance with anything we needed. Will be returning again.
Rooms: Perfect room for our stay.
Nearby activities: Informed us about good spots to go to to watch the football games.

I usually have a good experience at extended stay. The weekend before last was my last time at this location. I couldn’t allow my children to shower without the risk of hurting themselves on the shower equipment, and I ran them around to play soccer games on Saturday. We came Friday night and left Sunday morning. I was kept up all night the first night by hotel equipment in the room behind room 122 on the first floor. The trash compactor kept going off and heavy machinery behind my head all night. I gave my children melatonin to help them sleep. As well, all weekend the staff had apologized for Takeaway breakfast, not being delivered. They had been waiting on a delivery of the contents of breakfast, and there was almost nothing there all weekend. Stuff like that is understandable, but unfortunate. I was informed by the night clerk, she would make a note to help get my room moved. It never happened, and instead of carrying all of my stuff and my kids stuff to another room, we just decided to stay there and I took a shower when I got home. The manager agreed to comp one of our nights. It never happened. I have been ignored. I’m honestly shocked. I even called. I was told the money was coming, and it still never came.

I absolutely appreciate the accommodating experience.I had at the extended stay on Eldon street. The folks working behind the desk were supernice. And I really enjoyed my stay.

My appt got flooded and I needed a place to to so I decided to stay here. This was a good decision because my stay here has been very pleasant. The staff is friendly and especially Solomon he is a friendly and helpful young man. I also see him working twice as hard as the other staff but he never seems grumpy. I noticed that- go Solomon!?

Booked a room, when I got there around 7pm, they gave my room to someone else and I had to take a lesser room. That is very bad hotel etiquette. I was very upset and the room they gave me had just been exterminated so it had a smell. I had to air out for 2 hrs before I could stay in it. I had no where else to go at that hr so I had to keep it. You never give a guests room up.

Billy Biggs was a very nice and kind when doing our checkout and the rooms we stayed in were nice and clean. I would definitely recommend staying a night at extended stay
