I appreciate the honesty of the people here.
They could have charged me to fix an issue with my car that turned out to still be under warranty. They suggested I take it to the dealership where the service could be done for free. I’ll be back the next time my car needs work!

I recently had my car checked at the dealership, who recommended about $5000 worth of repair. I took the car into the folks at Elden St to get a second opinion, and they gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision about what I wanted to fix and what could wait for later. The team at Elden St were quick and helpful and didn’t try to persuade me to get services I didn’t need, which I really appreciate. Thanks!!

Been taking our family's car there for several years. Great service. They've actually recommended that I not get service that I though I needed; which cost them $$ but earned my trust in their honesty. Great service and they'll shuttle to/from work. Great established Herndon business to support. Waiting Google to add more stars so I can give them a higher rating.

The service team at ECCC is super, I have been taking my family's 2004 Honda Element for many years. They have done a super job of keeping it rolling since the manufacturer warranty ran out. The vehicle once drove my oldest his senior year of HS, its doing it again with our youngest.

Please put a prominent sign out saying no more inspection for the day if you are full. I was there 11 o'clock ish, get my car in the line, get inside, only to be informed that you have reached your capacity and no more inspection. Waste of time.
