Short tour review: Jasmine was very nice and attentive. She provided professional and friendly service with lots of good insights. She also left us information to use when we determine where we'd like to rent in a couple months.

I have been living here for 6 months now and I’ve really enjoyed it so far. Great amenities, and an even better location for traveling. Love the quiet vibe. Special thanks to my leasing agent, Pierce, who really went above and beyond to help me secure my new home. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for spacious apartments in a great location.

I have lived at this property for a little over a month and my stay has so far been pleasant. I especially want to give a shout out to Pierce from the main office for being SO helpful and returning my many calls, and who continues to be helpful any time I may need it even though we have fully moved in at this time. Would highly recommend him to anyone that has any questions about moving into this property.

I recently had the opportunity to take a tour of Dulles Greene and I was really impressed The location couldn't be more perfect, with convenient access to airport, Dulles 28 and the new Silver Line metro station. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of the apartment tour. Make sure to look for Pierce when you go, he really did a good job giving me all the information I needed. Overall good prices and good apartment floorplans, looking forward to renting.

When looking at apartments in the Herndon, VA area I would have to this was the best and most reasonable place. When I just walked in with out and appointment Pierce came right up and sat me down. He was great and very personable. Then when I came back again I worked with Pierce to sign the lease and it was flawless. Pierce was very knowledgeable answered all my questions. So far I have had a great experience since living here. I would refer anyone to live here. I honestly have to say everyone I have dealt with here has been great. I would recommend anyone to Pierce. Thanks!

I have had a great experience here at Dulles Greene. Edgardo Lopez has been a great help with this process. He is professional and helpful. Maintenance is fast and respectful. I see kids playing often in the neighborhood. Feels Safe. Close to rte 28 and the toll. I recommend this place!

We moved into this community little over a month ago. The move in was very smooth thanks to Jasmine who was very helpful throughout the whole process. Even after moving in I went to the leasing office for assitance, she was always there with very welcoming attitude and took her time to explain everything. The community itself is very diverse, quiet, clean, and very organized when it comes maintenance and garbadge collection. So far we are satisfied and enjoying our new place.

I had a call with Pierce. The customer service I experienced was horrendous as I wouldn’t call it customer service at all. I called to inquire about pricing of a 2 bed / 2 bath unit as I wanted to make an informed decision about location, amenities, cost. He seemed agitated by all of my questions and I felt rushed as if I was a nuisance. This alone has made me reconsider living there. Although, they have flexible prices I cannot compromise on customer service especially for something I would be paying for and living.

I was on a very short apartment hunting trip in Virginia with my family when I visited Dulles Greene. Cherry on the top of the hustle, my infant fell very sick. Since I was taking care of my sick infant and left her with a family member for a quick stop at Dulles Greene for an apartment tour, I got 10-15 minutes late from my scheduled appointment. The staff was extremely rude and completely denied showing us around. It was only about 4:10PM when they made an excuse of not being able to help us with the tour due to lack of sufficient sunlight around that time in the winters, while calling it their "policy' (well, in that case, they shouldn't have scheduled us for past 4PM in the first place!). We had a very different experience at the rest of the apartments, where even the same day, after leaving Dulles Greene, we were able to take apartment tours at 2 other places with utterly friendly staff (unlike Dulles Greene's). Note that when we arrived at their office, their staff consisting of 3 members at that time, was completely idle.Nevertheless, we were actually pretty happy to have had such an experience with the staff early on. God knows how they would have treated us had we signed up for their apartment. In fact, when we later shared this story with our acquaintances, that's the same kind of feedback we received from them (including a family who lived there in the past and others who had family or friends as tenants some time over Dulles Greene).Further, not sure how the apartments are on the inside, the vicinity was pretty untidy and unkept. We wouldn't have opted to live there anyway. We're just glad that we didn't even try to schedule another appointment with them for an apartment tour - it just didn't seem worth it. I just urge everyone to pay attention to such red flags when visiting an apartment as a potential future residence to save yourself from an ordeal later on.

Pierce has been amazing with helping my friend and I during the move-in process. We were first time renters so having someone answer all our questions and be super communicative was helpful. Thankful to have had gone through this process as he made it super simple and easy. Thank you Pierce for all your help!

Apartment is in good condition and I stayed there for almost 2 years. Great amenities pool, gym close to all the shopping centers you need.Only issue is the leasing office. Issue started when I wanted to move out of the apartment. I went to the leasing office and asked when do I have to give notice. Property manager said I have to give 30 days notice and I can give that notice anytime. This all happened in person. Before moving out I got email after almost 10 days of my first notice. They said it's not 30 days so they will charge me for extra six days. I went to the office and talk to them and everything got sorted out. I moved out of the state and after a month I got final statements where they charged me for 6 days rent which day to day almost about $600. I tried to reach out to them and talk to them about this charges for 5 phone calls, voicemails and emails. No response for a month. After that finally I got a call from them. Explained the situation and sent the emails what I received during previous conversation. Again everything worked out and person from leasing told me that she will update this and send me final statement with correction. No reply for another month. I reached back again and same story. They don't remember anything. They do not care about email conversation and I had to pay extra for their miscommunication.I would never recommend anyone to this apartment as you don't want to have this headache after you move out. No clear communication, statement changes person to person. If you are dealing with leasing office please take everything in writing and have some witnesses. Do not trust their words because they will not agree and you will end up paying extra.

Good things about it are location, community areas, and the actual layouts of the apartments. The maintenance staff is responsive most of the time. Now bad things… Parking is awful, and it is a struggle to get a spot. God forbid you park in a visitor spot as a resident because they will tow you. Even if there isn’t another spot in the lot, you’re going to get towed. The towing company they have a contract with doesn’t pay attention to tags and good luck with reimbursement. I fear my car getting towed for no reason most days, and I wish that was a joke. My roommate got towed in a regular resident spot with her parking pass fully visible, but because she had just gotten a new car with temp tags, management danced around the situation and that is $180 I will not see again. The trash service is a joke. Residents pay for them to take the trash, and they don’t. This to my knowledge isn’t optional, but I would rather not pay and take my own trash because I have to half the time. Also recycling is not part of that service. The office staff is nice, but the management group that runs it is seemingly negligent.

The apartment complex is nice and we dint had any issues. Maintenance takes time to fix the issues sometimes. Once for my broken microwave I had to keep chasing them for 10-15 days. But they try to find ways to suck money. Earlier I had home insurance and emailed them but they ignored and kept charging me for entire year. However after discussing they refunded it. Now somehow my autopay expired and missed to pay rent and they charged 10% late fees which they don’t want to refund. Just make sure to check your account regularly to keep track of your charges.
