Loresa has great customer service and I appreciate her assistance every time I come here. I haven’t always had the best experience at 3130 Vst DHL but her presence is always appreciated.

I was expecting a package via DHL from UK on 07/25/2023. DHL confirmed to me that it will arrive 7:30 - 9:30 pm on that day. Actually, I did not leave my house all day and night. At 7:23 pm a DHL agent banged my door once and pressed the bell once. When I quickly opened the door the agent was walking fast to his car I followed and yelled, but he did not respond. Instead, he took off with my package without turning and looking at me as I desperately followed him. I am completely disatisfied with DHL. Because I lost confidence in DHL I decided to pick it up at a service point in Sterling. I now have to drive 18 miles one way. I am waiting for DHL’s message that the item is ready for pick up at that service point. I am only hoping that message will eventually come.

Loresa at DCA location went above and beyond to help me out today. She tookher time to make sure I had my boxes . Online customer service gave me the run around on my shipment date but Loresa made sure I was taken care of. If it wasn’t for Loresa my kids at my football program would have no uniforms to wear .

Loresa, was amazing! She helped me figure out the most economical way to ship my packages and even helped me with packing. Her customer service was top tier from the moment I walked in the door until I left. This location (3130 V ST, NE, Washington DC) was very clean and welcoming. I will definitely use this location in the future.

Employee smoke outside the building when just arrive for work, made me had to smell the smoke while waiting for the door to open.Package was ready for pick but never sent me e-mail nor text message. I had to check on line to realize the packs is ready for pick up.Very very bad shipping service

Rahel went over and beyond to provide customer oriented service. I was expecting a package previous day. The website and customer service telephone line did not provide any update.Rahel at this facility, called around, and followed up. She actually located the package.This is indeed differentiating service of an employee that transformed the experience.

Roya at this location is the absolute best, and truly the epitome of how anyone should approach customer relationships. I was scrambling to find a lost package ahead of my wedding, and she went above and beyond to help me before leaving town. I’m truly grateful - and will always use DHL again as a result.Thank you, Roya!

Package was to be delivered to my home. I received DHL tracking message for delivery on Sunday, 2 April. When I was next delivery, according to tracking, I received text that address was not correct. Address WAS correct, but system would not take confirmation. So, I was forced to select delivery at a Pickup site. Closest site was 23 miles away, via toll road costing me over $10 in tolls each way. Package was not available for pickup until late Tuesday, 4 April. I was finally able to pick up package on Wednesday. 5 April. Needless to say, I was not pleased with the service. I would like to know why the package, which was addressed correctly, was not delivered to my home.

I called because I needed help/info about how to send my package (I’ve never done it before) since I’m sending it outside of the country and I asked for instructions because I wanted to know before going to the actual office and the person on the phone just said “just go to an office they’ll tell you there” I don’t know if you’re not allowed to give help or instructions over the phone but it would be helpful since some people don’t want to driver all the way there without knowing how to actually do it. Or at least could’ve said “we would have to see the package first”.
